Subway is the most amazing, fast food, healthy restaurant it’s like fast food and it’s delicious but... It’s healthy. The food at Subway is awesome, they have all kinds of bread for you to pick from and also lots of salad, meat, and other foods you can choose to add, they also have some nice side snacks, such as chips, cookies which are the best cookies around, juice and much, much more. They also get very creative and have different types of Subs you can buy that are already half done, such as the meatball sub and a few more. The staff are very nice and have great service getting your food ready fast and and giving it to us. One bad thing is that they do not have the little green plastic baskets to hold food in if you’re eating it inside, instead you have to eat it on the wrapper, another downside is that they don’t have the white wrapper that keeps the food nice and fresh and is very helpful for holding your food. Overall the Subway flavoursome food, and has great service, but it has a couple things to improve on.

I visited Subway on Sunday night to purchase dinner for my family and I. A young looking boy was very helpful as he gave excellent recommendations for what I should get (this was because I was unsure). This boy was very polite and I would like you to say a big thank you to him on behalf of my family and I. We will be sure to visit back soon. Thank you.

Understaffed and overpriced, inconsistent fillings, limited bread range (they haven't got time to keep replenishing) and my 12 inch was oversauced and soggy. I feel sorry for the franchise, the government cranking up the minimum wage is turning a cheep and cheerful treat into a luxury.

Fantastic product menu for lunch. Good service 11.30am today. Went to sit at tables not one clean wiped in store. Was not a busy time so unfortunately not a good thing.

Good food and always fresh, helpful staff, nice and tidy, sometimes I need help with extra fillings and get good helpful advice, fun experience, I like to do take-a-way and I know I am getting a good healthy meal, always tastes great, I rate this business very highly, and well priced, good value 10/10%

A nice place with helpful staff. Better than most Subway's I have been to. Very popular as well. It was certainly busy on the day I went there with a queue of people lined up for service. Plenty of staff on but many more customers. Very happy with the service I received.

Still love subway but prefer the old menu !!!!! The staff are really good and friendly and the only place that listens and DOES make my coffee extra hot as I ask, also the best coffee in Upper Hutt. My grandaughter whom we go there for was upset you dont have the flatbread any more she much prefers them to the wraps so may not choose for us to take her there now 😭 loved the relish would buy a jar of it if you sold it 😍

About the same as every other subway. The staff are decent and the subs are tasty. New menu change is a little weird but they walk you through it if you're confused.
