Had a great experience with Ricky for my flat car battery that required a battery replaced. He was quick to arrive at my place, friendly and efficient. Their price was reasonable and cheaper than the other quote I received from another company. Well done guys.

Brilliant service rang Tower road Side rescue and they sent Neil Singh out from `Jump Me'. amazing service arrived so fast and Neil Singh was so swift and gave me lots of good advice, ended up buying new battery on the spot rather than jump starting....and I am glad as the battery was 7 years old.... Neil was great and I wanted to commend Jump Me and Tower for giving me such swift wonderful service....Glad now I have a new battery with a 3 year guarantee o it as well.

The call was picked up quickly and the mechanic arrived in less than 40 min. Replaced the flat tyre and battery ( as jump start didn’t help and battery anyway was old so I was happy replacing it). Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company!! I called them this morning around 7am-ish as one of our reps was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tyre on his van. Chris came out promptly and changed the tyre so he could get back on the road. It was so easy to get in touch with the company and have it all sorted. I was even shocked at how well priced they were! Thanks team for saving the day, we will be sure to use and recommend you in the future!!! :D

These guys are life savers. The service was great from the guy who answered the phone to the guy who showed up within a hour to fix my problem . The only thing I would have liked was a part payment option like partpay or zip pay me being a pensioner. Awesome service god bless

I left my car lights on, car won’t start. I found 0800jumpme in google, called for help. The technician came with a fully equiped van. My car needed battery changed, it was done in less than half an hour. Best thing was I did not pay any membership fee. I only paid for the service I needed and there was no surprise extra charges. Jerry, the mechanic/technician, really knows what he was doing.

Really great service had a flat battery and they were there in hour and I was back on the road. Friendly service person will be using these guys in future.
