I totally recommend this company. The communication to organise the job was fantastic, sending pictures explaining the job to be done and a very clear quote. The technician arrived on time, was very quiet and polite and did what he had to do.

Shane have saved me more than $500 instead of buying a new dishwasher from another appliance repair company. When I was frustrated at the other company keep changing the model and product price, I found Shane’s number from google search. He picked the phone quickly and grab all the details, arrived on the same day on time. The price he quoted was very fair, and he was on top of the communication. I don’t need to chase up when he will get the repair parts etc. I definitely recommend Shane for application service and he will be the only one I go to moving forward!

Called them for an urgent job at 1 day's notice. They turned up in less than 24 hours, on time and did exactly as they said they'd do- not usually brownie points for just "doing your job" but in this day and age where it's the exception rather than the norm, a breath of fresh air. Oven door wasn't shutting properly and impacting cooking times/ performance. Now beautiful. Highly recommended.

Needed my 25 year old washing machine fixed in a hurry so rang Wiskis. Managed to get an appointment same day & received extremely efficient service from Shane - he quickly located the problem, had the replacement part required & was on his way to the next job within a short period of time. Very impressed - thanks Shane!

I had a broken dryer on day 1 of Level3 lockdown. I chanced upon this company. So glad I did as Shane came out the same day diagnosed the problem and explained what it was clearly. He got the part ordered and gave me a 7 day timeframe. He returned 3 days later to fix it . I was really impressed with his speed and professionalism. I’d recommend and will use again if I need to.

My goodness that is some service this company offers. I emailed the job, received a reply within minutes, the job was booked then my machine was fixed the following day. All during an extremely busy period (Xmas) Shane juggled jobs to get me up and running before I flew out overseas and then did some googling for me regarding another issue that he does not deal with. This company went the extra mile, which is few and far between in his modern day. 5 stars! Merry Xmas. Great service definetly recommended.
