A little slow at ordering as I hadnt had subway for some years , nowhere as good as I remembered it, e.g. nowhere near the amount of filling that I have had in the past. Just not good value for the money. maybe I’ll wait another few years. Staff and view good.

Only a four due to a staff member cutting finger while slicing bread and leaving knife there for next staff member to carry on with customer. Knife was changed for next customer thankfully. Service was very good but possibly a bit overwhelmed due to the business that night due to road closures further north. Needed to turn the music down so they could here properly...this could help. Anyway, as said, good service and very clean.

Was delighted with my experience at this location. As always, the food was excellent, fresh, and consistent with the same good quality I’m used to receiving at other subway locations. While I’ve come to expect good, friendly service from this food chain, I was especially happy to receive spectacular service at this particular location. Emma was extremely friendly and greeted us with a smile, small conversation, and even remembered our orders from the previous day when we couldn’t remember ourselves what we had that we enjoyed so much. She made our coffees to perfection, and even noticed that I had changed my hair. All in all , we left blown away by our great experience and would recommend this location 100 times over. Enjoy !

Let down by the service. My family and I visit Subway for a healthy fast food option. We usually have any of the foot long options, a 6 inch and a salad. On Monday evening we were at the Wanaka store at the time there were a male and a female attendant. We had a good interaction with the guy, however the young woman was clearly overwhelmed by the public. Neither of them seemed to care about the end result. She squeezed the sauce bottles really hard on the salad and splashed on the edges making the plastic oily all around.
