J.Very impressed. Looked at their range of ovens on Saturday morning, placed an order Saturday afternoon and they delivered it and installed it on the Monday. Great service and great price.
S.This shop may be little compared to the big boxes in Porirua and the Hutt, but the staff here pack a massive service punch. They always listen to what you need; they're reliable, doing what they say they'll do; it's the same person from one call or visit to the next; they know what they're talking about, they'll 'do a price' for you, and they're always happy to go out of their way to help.

E.Fantastic Service. One phone call and we had a washing machine delivered and installed the next day (with the old one taken away too). Felt like a miracle as it was during lockdown and our old machine had died. Alan even phoned to check it all went well. (Also no offers of stupid warranties like we'd have at other shops.)
P.This was a terrifically good experience during level 3 lockdown. Bought a new dryer. All other companies said not in stock. Extremely helpful and kind. All done over phone. In less than one hour dryer put in our car and we were home. Will definitely shop there again.

Z.Very pleased with my order and the service at Newbolds Johnsonville. I called on a Tuesday, 2 mins before they were going to close to ask about the dryer I wanted. Moments later we finished the call an invoice was emailed, my order was placed and delivery was scheduled. On Thursday, the dryer was delivered. On Friday, Alan, whom I spoke to before, called to check on the dryer and the delivery which was a pleasant surprise. Really appreciate the fuss-free service! So happy with my Beko dryer from Newbold Jville. Glad my fiance and I stumbled upon the store as we didn’t know it existed before then :) Highly recommend!!
D.My washing machine broke down right before the lockdown, and even though I bought a replacement right away online from another retailer, it couldn’t be delivered in time. Once the government lifted the restrictions, and I still couldn’t get an answer on my order, I phoned 100 percent Newbolds and reached a friendly, helpful person (owner?). He promised to phone me back as quickly as possible to confirm if he could get the item - and he did, the very next day. Unfortunately, within minutes of that call, the other retailer sent me an email confirming shipment! I will need other items in the future, and 100 percent Newbolds will be my first choice. I will not forget his friendliness and desire to help.
J.I bought a vacuum cleaner from there and the filter ripped. No luck with getting it replaced. Staff friendly but not very helpful. Two weeks later and I've had two phone calls to say firstly that the filters had arrived in Auckland and secondly that they had finally got them in the shop, ready for me to pick up. Good on you, guys!

G.My brother bought a top-Consumer NZ reviewed microwave from Alan today. The price was great - but even more important was the excellent product knowledge and service. Last week Alan told him which was the top-reviewed model, and would have it in-store this Saturday. When we went in today, we had a discussion about microwaves, and he was familiar with the model my brother was replacing, bought in Australia in 1987! How many service people have that depth of knowledge and still can sell you products at really competitive prices without an irritating sales pitch? Well done 100% NEWBOLDS Johnsonville. Other retailers can learn from you no matter how slick their shops look.
