George is an excellent builder. Furthermore, he has some very good (qualified) contractors working with him. Altogether his team pulled off a quality job in removing my laundry to make space for scullery (plumbing, electrician, re-gib, plaster, prime, paint). His communication skills are excellent. He briefed me on daily basis about what’s being done and what would follow. His contractors are hard workers and always showed up on time. And, overall the job was completed well within the estimated time. If you are looking for a cost effective builder who does what he has quoted and on time, then Alternative Building Solutions is the one for you. Thanks George. 💯 Recommend, Workmanship is nothing but quality and really reasonable pricing. I had Jordan come in to fix up some cow boy builders half done jobs and replace some missing weather boards. I’m really happy with the work he has done and I look forward to working with him in the future 👍🏽
