H.We have had our freezer conk out on us twice now and once it was Christmas eve! Jeff is really responsive and came same day (can't get that with some companies). He was quick to diagnose the issue and make repairs. He also explained the issue in a way I could understand and we were charged a really great rate. We will absolutely use him again if needed.

C.As we are at Level 3 on site repair was not possible but the serviceman who answered my desperate call for help was great in helping to identify the problem and telling me exactly what to do to fix it. This was an outstanding response and was greatly appreciated as I had phoned a couple of other appliance repair companies who did not offer any help. A great experience and a great serviceman.
