I recently finished a laser hair removal session and I feel extremely satisfied. The ladies who work there are super friendly and nice. They make sure you feel comfortable. It was a pleasure coming into the office, they always greeted me well and ensured I was happy about my experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Avana Wellington.

Being greeted by the staff with their lovely smiles and making sure I was well looked after and immediately giving assurance and walking me through the process is something I appreciate. Receiving certainty before asking for it is a good quality I have found with Avana staff members. Dr. Nithya is a star, a great listener and does her job with a fabulous smile.She kept me well entertained and distracted during my laser treatment. The laser treatment is a slightly painful process but it's not over the top, the pain was very mild and Dr Nitya always made sure to adjust the process to make me feel comfortable which helped me achieve the highest results. After the treatment, I was treated with a cuppa, always helps on a cold winter day and helps with relaxation. Thank you Avana for your generosity and TLC. Definitely recommend this clinic. You will get honest feedback and excellent results and prices are reasonable compared to the other clinics around.

I had a bad reaction to the pain from the eyebrow threading as it was my first time and I ended up having a bit of a cry. Ronnie was really patient with me. Eyebrow threading is a team effort and I was doing my best to stop and to stay still. We ran over time and Ronnie gave me the option of stopping or waiting until she could return from her next appointment. I stayed and I'm so grateful that I did. She is so kind and patient with me. She was not judgmental she was my friend. I couldn't sit still and yet I left with the perfect brows of a newsreader. Magic.

I went in for a consult 6mths ago. Terrible acne, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, my skin was a mess. Now, my skin is clearing beautifully. The hyperpigmentation is almost all gone, the acne has gone and (bonus points here) my frown lines and crows feet have dissipated. Ronnie is always willing to hear what you'd like to try or are interested in and will factor that into your treatment.

Honestly never felt so natural and confident with make up on my face in my entire life then when I used the Avana Wellington Cosmetic services. I'm one that doesn't wear make up at all mostly because I play sports but also cause I'm useless at it. But I appreciate my make up artist Tina coming through with my make up glow for my Graduation. Tina was very patient with me and made my experience with make up an enjoyable one. Using her skills she made my make up very natural and light that I couldn't tell I had some on my face!
