D.Helpful needed headboard bolts. Could look back 5 years and supply correct bolts.
J.Needed to urgently replace a broken mattress as my old back issues were beginning to return. Searched web and phone canvassed first. Salesperson (Neville) was knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure, including persuading me to visit other retailers for comparison after I had made an initial choice. Did so, but came back. I still liked that mattress best, and even more so because it was the most competitively priced! It arrived a week earlier than estimated, delivered by two courteous and capable staff who negotiated a very rough farm track cheerfully, installed the new and took away the old. Very efficient. I could not be more pleased. Especially as my back issues are now resolved. Very highly recommended.
M.Our bed broke on a Saturday. When we called they were able to verify our previous order (even though we no longer had a receipt), get a person to our place to fix the bed brand new within a few hours. The guy on the phone and the guy who came to fix the bed were both super polite and professional. Really appreciated the great customer service and the totally stress free fix.
L.A wide selection of beds on display. Sales staff (Neville) is very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent a considerable amount of time with us to ensure that we get something which fit our requirements. Delivery is available on a Sat which is very convenient for working people. The Bedpost delivery person also assembled the beds instead of just leaving them at the front door (which was what the previous bed shop did which annoyed me). Highly Recommended.

S.I have to edit my review, after reading my review below I was contacted by head office and I have been delivered a mattress to rectify my concern with the mattresses we bought.

Really disappointed with Bedpost recommendations.
We purchased our beds from them (4 of them) for our Airbnb, we explained that the room configuration could change from single to doubles so we were shown the zip together range.
At no time during our consultation was it ever pointed out that there is a serious flaw with the zip together Firm, and when discovered it, we brought it to the attention of the manager he has dismissed us.
He has brushed us off saying individually the singles are not faulty and pointed out there design feature of edging around each mattress.
He is correct, as individual mattresses they are suited to purpose and function well, once zipped together however they have a serious ridge line that is created by zipping the two edges together, resulting in the middle of the bed being completely unsleepable.
Had we known this we would have purchased a complete king mattress and a queen and 2 singles instead of one queen and 4 single zip together.
His solution after telling me every technical aspect of the bed range and not acknowledging the flaw that's created when zipped together is for us to spend another $2000 to rectify this issue !!!
Bedpost your recommendations are poor and customer service nil, we are so disappointed and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know.
Would I shop there again or recommend, no.

Tim at Bedpost was first rate: made the best impression over the phone and backed it up in person with attentive, friendly service and sound specialist knowledge. He surveyed our requirements, actively listened, then matched us with the right range and mattress.
Clearly Tim knows his stuff... We almost fell asleep testing the product!
