A.Absolutely phenomenal service from the staff at Beds R Us.
Ended up buying a bed which had a few issues after about 4 months and the owner, Walter was unbelievably helpful when it came to making sure the issue was sorted.
He offered me a full refund or exchange, even offering to swap the bed side tables that matched if I wanted to go with a different style.
Was incredibly impressed with the service I received and will be buying future beds from the store!

I rang to ask about my delivery and the communication was excellent, I was kept informed right until the moment my bed was delivered. Highly recommended- great range of excellent quality definitely a bed for anyone's budget. Thank you for making this experience so hassle free and the wonderful customer care.
