Integrity and Service are the words that I would use to describe these guys. First of all I had three things that I needed collected from several places and I had be agonizing over how I was going to sort it out. The owner took all of the numbers and coordinated everything for me (what a huge weight off of my shoulders). Then I had a situation where I bought a bed off trademe and it arrived and a part of the welding had come undone and the bed was unusable. My guess is it was done by the people I bought it off of and it wasn't obvious until you went to put the bed together again. City Transport were here when I did it and they called the vendor who denied it. So instead of saying tuff luck cookie. The owner picked up the wonky part of the bed and said that he would personally see that it got welded and would return it to me ASAP. Now these are guys that I will continue to use and recommend to all of my friends. 3 seems like too little of a number to give them.
