L.Called for information about the wherabouts of my new german passport that i applied for earlier and customer service was very friendly and helpful and told me where my new passport is at the moment and an estimated delivery time.
Also didn't have to wait for long before someone picked up the phone.

P.Friendly people and great staff when helping to organise my emigration to Hamburg.
N.I'm positively surprised by how fast the Visa process has been carried out. After applying for a National Visa we only had to wait for one week in order to get the results. The communication via e-mail has been very quick and informative as well.
All staff members were very friendly and complaisant, though you can defenitely feel that all tasks are carried out with the familiar German accuracy and precision. Thank you for having us!
