J.Nice park for kids, some different things them regular playgrounds. The flat skate park is good for teaching kids to ride bikes.
M.This is an amazing park. My toddler loves the mouse wheel, swings, sandpit and slides. We even go over the bridge to look for ducks. It has BBQ that can be used if the Whanau wants to grill food and have a picnic outside.
G.Spacious play area for kids witb lot of shelter. Not as big as Avalon or play area near splash pad porirua, but still got enough activities to keep kids entertained. Mouse wheel (or roctopus) is definitely the highlight of the park and in high demand even when it's not busy...parking and toilets available close by which is a plus.
J.Went to Grassless reserve for a BBQ. It does indeed have grass, and, gas fired BBQ units, free to use. One push of a button is 28 minutes of use. There are also picnic tables for people to use, a people sized mouse wheel to run on and other play ground things for the kids.
K.Nice bbq. Free gas. Lovely day today 7th Nov. Can be freezing on a windy day. Nice gear for the kids.
D.Lovely playground area for the children. Free BBQ for family gatherings. Closed in area for those wishing to practice their ball skills. Over the pedestrian bridge is a dog area. Adjacent is the Tawa Bowling Club and Tawa Swimming Pool. Ample parking. It's time to visit!

Awesome for a nice walk and also really good for kids to play while you can take a seat. It has a good range of areas for different aged kids and also public toilets. You can also feed the ducks which is fun

T.Great park, nice and flat skate area for younger kids to learn, plenty of playground equipment, plenty of seating, outdoor bbq and even toilet. Plenty of parking. One of the better kids playground areas around in Wellington.

P.Great park! Not many have a hamster wheel to play on :) my kids, nephew & niece love that the most. There's also a bbq area, picnic bench, sandy patch, little bridge, adventurously tall climbing frame, 4 different types of swing, attractive wooden bridge over the stream, public toilets, water fountain and car park.
B.Good little park for the kids and a dog exercise area. A barbecue is also provided. Pretty views of Porirua Stream and the rose garden. Houses a monument to Eden Best.
A.Good mix of facilities, including: park for the very small to slightly older, dog runaround area, toilets (including changing for babies), a flat skate park area and an area for playing basketball. Good mix and nice and open. Lots of parking of you come in from the Tawa Pool side
A.This is a great park. You can ride your bike or scooter. Theres a big slide and swing. Digger and spider web rope to climb on as well as a wall.
R.This is a lovely place, and would be more so if people cleaned up their rubbish. Aside from this it would also be helpful if there were more rubbish and recycling bins. Otherwise it's a delight being amongst the birdlife, spending time with the kids at the playground and running around and watching the river for ducks.

J.Great little park with a playground and garden area. Good for families with young children. There is a fairly well maintained public toilet as well.
J.Great place for the family and young kids. The hamster wheel is particularly popular. Has a digger for the kids, along with swings and a big slide. Also has a large smooth skating area, and gas cookers for free use.
T.A small park with a small playground for children, suitable mostly for 5 and over. It's good for family BBQ with two free electric cooktops available.
m.Awesome reserve, plenty of shade and even have public toilets, there is also a skating rank for beginners to learn how to just stay on the board and push yourself, great Lil reserve, must take kids there, absolutely love it

H.We love going to this park!! Has bbq area, dog area, public toilets on site with the tawa pools a min away from park as well as a skate park. Garden area also. We love going down to the stream to wet the kids feet and explore.
