Excellent customer service and support. I hired a chainsaw and the team at hirepool helped me with training. I was able to phone them. They kept the store tidy and accessible and I was quickly able to find what was required ie chaos, chainsaw, chain oil. Thank you.

Staff are amazing, went to the Thorndon store first, young female staff member looked after my needs even though the saw was not instore she looked one for me at Victoria St store. Excellent experience, all stores provide awesome service.
