P.Fast and efficient. Had a emergency as the front door would not lock just a few hours before we were to leave for holiday. Armstrong did a fantastic job fixing the hinges and a bit of carpentry so everything was secure. Second job they have done and always fast and professional.
R.Master Locksmiths service is dramatically improving, and their customer service has also improved dramatically since the company no longer has a specific technician amongst them any longer, it would have been 3 stars but because of how hard their current employees have worked and been through some very hard times, we have been able to pick up from our older times of trading and I must ad that their current professional conduct, and willingness to re engage with us has been fantastic, thanks guy's. A.New member of the team Chris called straight away when asked and had all the equipment necessary for a quick and efficient job well done. He knew exactly what was need to be done, and did it.
K.When I lost my car keys I ended up giving Master Locksmiths a call, I guess I liked the way they had photos of their staff on the website. They also had other good google reviews.
The main guy was real straight up from the start and said it could cost a bit of extra $$ if it turned out I needed a smart key, but luckily for me, I didn't. All told It cost me 150 bucks for two new keys, including Ryan coming out and taking a look at the car and then even offering to drop the new keys back to my house once they were cut! I didn't even have to leave my sofa!
Im not sure how this price compares but the service was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.
T.Emailed for a quote to get a replacement for a spare key we lost on a Suzuki Escudo, and negotiated a fair price. Ryan responded to me promptly with updates and despite some issues with getting the spare transponder coded, he diligently worked to get it sorted. F.I had been searching for someone to put a lock on my shed door and no one would do it. Everybody I tried was busy and even though I had asked for help on neighborly no one answered my need. Then I tried Master Locksmith and Ryan came out the same night to put my lock in. He was so on to it and did not let me down. Around a week later the lock needing adjusting, he came out on the day I rang him and he fixed it. So thank you Ryan. Great service and when you say you will turn up you do. You also turn up on the day I needed help. Great service which is hard to get these days. Thank you.
E.AMAZING SERVICE!! Was so helpful and understanding! I was locked out of an apartment building and were so helpful to try everything to get me back in!! The guy was so lovely! Highly recommend this locksmith for anybody needing help!! Will definitely be using them again if I need anything!
I.I've visited these guys several times now, and each time the service has been exceptional! They know their stuff, their pricing is very reasonable, and they always have a helpful attitude. A great example of a small business doing it right. Keep up the good work!
F.Definitely recommend. The guy who helped was here within 10mins and was by a milestone the cheapest compared to another company who was going to charge me $210 just to get into my room. The guy had my door unlocked within 5mins they’re amazing.

Ryan certainly helped me when I lost my keys to my bike not only this he took my bike away and bought it back for the best price whereas other locksmiths wanted $200 just for ringing them..

The three other locksmiths we rang at 1.00pm in Wellington on Friday were all too busy, unhelpful and could only make it after hours( at an additional charge) . This guy took considerable time to help and talk us through a solution that enabled us to sort it out ourselves. Thank you!
