T.Best customer service. Always offered a drink and sometimes food when I arrive in store. They really do put the effort in making you feel welcome. Purchased a bunch of appliances for our kitchen after some lovely advice from Dan in 2019. Also love the cooking demonstrations from Mark pre and post purchase! Also the appliances are top notch and I especially love my steam oven!
S.We found these lessons with Mark very useful and very helpful especially if you have never used one of the Miele ovens before, he is very knowledgeable , it really is a whole new experience! Certainly helps in selecting your choice of ovens when renovating! They are so much more efficient and time saving when it comes to cooking and cleaning! Thanks for all your helpful tips and info Mark! oh and also the delicious food you cooked in front of us in a matter of minutes! Very impressed!
C.A fabulous experience with Mark and the team at Miele. Detailed and thorough explanations and helped me not only to decide what appliance I needed, gave me the opportunity to see what I can acheive with cooking. I'll be back for Mark's cooking classes once I've installed our oven and induction cooktop.
P.If you like European kitchen and laundry twech this is the place to be. The show room is very well laid out, and the staff are quite knowledgeable without being pushy. Was looking at a kitchen refurb and was trying to understand differences and benefits of similar models. The assitant was very helpful in explaining pros and cons of both. Be warned though Miele is high end and prices match

Mark prepared me a three course meal using the oven I am interested in and gave a lot of useful advice, not only about the product but also about cooking. Commendable and a most worthwhile experience thank you.
