B.As l phone in movements, service and operates are excellent but as l need to do this at work can only at smoko/lunch time so phone answer delays are a problem for me.

A.Has been doing a lot of good work through TBfree in pest control and animal conservation but keeps getting flak by people who are against Monosodium Fluoroacetate usage, mainly due to misinformation given by people such as the Graf brothers.
