B.Highly recommend this coworking office space. Quiet, warm, spacious, clean, and friendly vibe. Ample personal working space with private meeting rooms available in different shapes and sizes. Blankets, hot water bottles and personal heating available if you’re cold. Coffee provided daily, well stocked kitchen, and bi-weekly scone morning teas. Great location close to the train station and Petone town.
S.We have been working at the Settlement since March. There are plenty of spaces for private video calls, small or large group meetings and the vibe is great while still allowing for productive work.
With a small 2 person team working with a larger team overseas, we feel like we are part of a bigger team working in the Settlement. They have great initiatives that break up the week and bring people together and working amongst Brewtowns great bars and eateries means Friday drinks are easily done!!

It’s got lots of natural light, amazing designer furniture. We were lured in by the Big desks, fast wifi, meeting spaces and then found so many other benefits like free coffee and friendly co workers and that it’s dog friendly!!! (But seriously who doesn’t love a cute furry little co working friend!).
What more could you want?
O.Been working at the Settlement in Petone for just over 3 weeks now and found the space really flexible with large spacious desks and really sensible meeting spaces. It's handy to central Petone and railway station. Great if you need a desk quickly or if you want something more permanent options! We are currently using a combination of both. Cheers
A.Having been in the Settlement Petone for over a year, I can say with some certainty that it's a fantastic place to get work done. Both the residents who work here, and the team that run the place are amazing.
Plus the occasional events that are hosted here really bring a sense of community in this nifty little spot.

M.Fabulous concept: spacious, modern work environment with all the latest equipment, wireless and meeting / seminar space, conveniently located in Petone with abundant parking space nearby especially after 5 pm (for those after-hour meetings / workshops).
It's easy to find as it sits opposite Kathmandu and is mobility-friendly as it is a large space, in a single-story building. Locals are lucky to have this facility in their midst with close proximity to both bus and rail transport.
C.The Settlement is a gorgeous space that allows us as entrepreneurs to have a professional base for our meetings and networking events, without having to go to the overcrowded city centre.
