Awesome experience. I hate trying to find a new hairdresser. Bonnie-Jo was recommended to me and I strongly endorse that recommendation. She was friendly, professional and did exactly what I asked her to do!

I have been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years now (mostly by Jess, sometimes by Mary) and every time has been great. The cut always looks sharp, and my hair always leaves feeling fantastic. They always listen to what I'd like and help me when I am unsure.

I recently had my hair colour-corrected from green and orange to a beautiful, natural looking blonde balayage. The service from Bonnie was beyond compare and I couldn't recommend her professional services more. I absolutely loved my time at Vivo Dixon Street. The service I got from Anita, Bonnie AND Jessica (I was so spoiled to have them all take part in my treatment!) was friendly, professional and fun. I walked away so thrilled with my cut and my smooth, soft and silky hair after the kerasilk treatment. I was new client and went because of the treatment voucher but now I'll be a returning client for all my hair cuts!

Had a great time getting my hair done yesterday. Levi did a fantastic job as always. Walked out feeling fab. I did notice however that while i was having my hair washed one of the staff members seemed to talk back to levi while he was asking if she had done her cleaning jobs. She sounded quite rude which made me feel uncomfortable. Will still be going back of course because everything else was great.
