Thanks so much to Vivo Tory Street for being so accommodating and booking me in for a last minute appointment. Having my hair done by Nicole was absolutely wonderful! She was very welcoming as soon as the appointment began, offering me coffee and checking multiple times if I needed anything else. It was a lovely experience as I have never before coloured my hair and my natural hair is on the darker side, I had a picture of what I wanted to achieve and Nicole sure delivered! I ended up with the beautiful light blonde I have wanted for years. My hair is still beautifully soft and healthy too. Thanks so much Nicole and the rest of the Tory team ❤️

Bought a new client voucher that includes cut and colour. Hairdresser was friendly and informative enough, but started 20 min late. Colour turned out well, cut is frustratingly uneven despite several checks in the salon. Hairdresser offered to fix anything that I'm not happy with at a later date, however am not confident that I'll walk away with an even cut/style. Was good value for money at $149 for the package but will not return.

The enhanced balayage was a great choice for my medium-size hair and my grey roots. Marouska did a great job. She fixed my haircut that was poorly done by a previous hairdresser from another shop. So happy with the results!

Was a bit disappointed when I couldn't get my hair light enough, settled for a semi-permanent colour (orange), it washed out within a week, was expecting it to last longer and now I'm left with a colour that looks like a home job. Goodwell hair products they sell made my hair feel like absolute straw, and contributed to the colour fading so fast. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you have darker or thicker hair, probably better for blonds.

Samuel was amazing! He decided what to do with my hair with a perfect consultation where he explained everything clearly. I left feeling beautiful and relaxed (his massage is INCREDIBLE..and that’s coming from a massage therapist with high standards lol) He didn’t push product on me aggressively and I ended up buying because I could tell him genuinely believes in his product. He’s one of those people you can tell love what they do and it shows in his work. He doesn’t rush the process and puts his natural talent into the service which made me feel relaxed mentally. If I lived in New Zealand full time I would definitely come back.

Great experience and service from this branch. I made an appointment for several things for a Saturday but had to cancel some of my treatments due to credit card scam and card being cancelled. They were very understanding and Julie did such an amazing job with my hair in regards to the colour, was expecting to walk out there being disappointed as I normally do but instead walked out much happier and with perfect colour. Cut was good would have liked an extra layer in there but thats my own fault for not requesting it after the final result but still happy and would definitely return and recommend.

Beware! Lilli will blow your mind! She read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted, and the result was so much better than what I could ever imagine. She was so lovely as per usual, and did such an amazing job on my hair! It's so beautiful! She's so beautiful and is just the best. Love her!!! Highly recommend her!!

Sammy did an amazing job with making my hair a beautiful blonde ombre look. I'm so super duper happy! My hair is very long and I avoid getting it done often as it can be tough to work with but he was very friendly, gentle, knows what he's doing and great to talk to :D thanks again Sammy! You're amazing

Nadia did an amazing job and put a lot of time, care and effort into it. I had a dramatic change from going from dark brown to blonde in one go, and my hair was really looked after and feels great :) thank you, will be back again for touch ups!

I went to Vivo on Tory St for the first time about a month ago - and will definitely be going back. Christian did an excellent job of colouring my hair. He gave expert advice about the colouring options to meet all my needs. Highly recommend.

Great cuts here and brilliant staff. The price is actually in line with other hairdressers however there appears to be two prices for men, their cheaper one and their WAAAAY more expensive one. The first time I came I was quoted the cheaper one and the second time I was quoted the more expensive one (for the same haircut). Still, you get the real deal here... They wash your hair, cut/style it and send you on your way. Great place.

Always an enjoyable experience. I have extremely thick hair and I always end up spending 4-5 hours here but the stylists are so patient and thorough and seem to really love working there.

Sam did an awesome job. He loves his job and that shows in the result as well as his customer service. Highly recommend his skills and personality.

Had my makeup done for a special event by Hannah. She did a fantastic job! It wasn't too heavy and my eyes looked amazing. I would highly recommend

Sammuel is the best hairdresser I have had, he is so attentive, makes you feel comfortable and talks you through the process, he's a master at blondes and gives the best results, he listens to what you have to say and i really appreciated that, it was my first time at Vivo -Tory, thank you so much again you're awesome !!!
