The team at Waxnlaser are brilliant, always a welcoming smile and great service. Alanna is great at making you feel relaxed, and does a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if it is your first time and you are a bit nervous - the whole team will put your mind at ease :)

I've been going here for 3+ years for laser & electrolysis - and I'd NEVER go anywhere else. They are always amazing when I have things pop up last minute and I appreciate their loyalty rates. Skill of the technicians is amazing and you feel incredibly comfortable even in a bit of a vulnerable position! They also don't oversell packages for when you don't really need sessions. I am as smooth as a baby dolphin and it's thanks to this impeccable team of ladies. Thanks Gabby, Nikita and Maria :)

I go here for both wax and laser. Couldn't recommend it enough. Gilly for waxing is totally professional and great at the distracting chat so you don't feel the pain(as much!). Gabby for laser is lovely and was very realistic about what I was going to get out of laser and what I could expect.

Made a very nervous experience super easy and comfortable. From the initial consultation to now treatment 3, so supportive and professional. Would highly recommend if you are unsure or self conscious. Best place I've found in Wellington, ask for Ginny and she will set you up perfectly!

I have been coming to this clinic for easily 6 years now, I will never go anywhere else. I lost my Brazilian virginity to Alice in the Lower Hutt clinic and never looked back. They really do have it down to an art. For me it isn't just about the quality of the treatment (not that I could ever fault it) I personally find it incredibly anxiety provoking to reveal all of my past mistakes and wobbly bits to a stranger. But never have I ever ever felt judged by any of these woman. The professionalism they all carry is profound. I go into these daunting appointments nervous and leave grinning, feeling like a queen and overflowing with body confidence. What a profound gift. The management are on to something, Wax and laser is just brimming with professional, respectful and decent staff members. I have never felt disappointed on leaving an appointment. Ladies if you feel vulnerable getting your kit off, I would recommend you do it here. Thank you so much wax and laser, I don't have a bad word to say about you. Thank you pinky and brain for using humor to dull the stinging of the back of the legs. Gabby who seems to always have everything under control, Maia who is picking things up so quickly! I had my eyebrows waxed and lashes tinted. Waxing was quick and barely painful. I have very thick and unruly brows and my technician (unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was friendly and chatty) made them look neat but still natural! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Gabby every 4-6 weeks for quite a while. She is always nice, smiley and seems genuinely interested in what you’ve been up to. The chat continues while she does the laser hair removal, so it takes your mind off what is happening. If you’ve been thinking about getting laser hair removal, I’d definitely recommend going to wax n laser and seeing if you can see Gabby.

Fantastic ladies at this branch of Wax n laser! Been going to them for all my waxing needs for nearly 6 years now. Knowledgable, friendly and great with tips and advice. Awesome location and two late nights a week mean I can fit an appointment in around my hectic work schedule too. Collecting the points for each service means I get freebies as well! Definitely worth a visit if you need that hair gone!!

Tried them for the first time, didn’t disappoint. The place was clean and tidy, and the waxing process itself was really quick and comfortable. I got a little surprise too at the end when I was paying - A DISCOUNT. Who doesn’t love a discount? Apparently the more treatment you have, the more discount you get. Guess who’s coming back soon :)

I'd never had an eyelash or eyebrow tint before because I already have dark brows & lashes but I wanted a tidyup & wanted to see what tints could do. They definitely filled in my brows and highlighted my lashes. She also gave great advice on in-store serums I could use to help my brows & lashes grow. Very happy with the results.
