Highly recommend this place! You need to go see Jay for all your laser hair removal needs. She is so talented, friendly and professional with all the services she performs. I really loved that she takes time to speak to her clients and explain everything in detail, unlike other places where you are just a client being pushed to buy unwanted products and services. Thanks Jay, your awesome! I look forward to our next session soon.

First time in today but felt very comfortable with the high level of knowledge and interest to customize the method based on my skin type. Also a super friendly and relaxed environment. Looking forward to the follow up!

BEST skin care clinic ever. Always professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have been seeing Jay for 2 years and she definitely has your best interest at heart. She knows her stuff and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin after seeing Jay. I was spending a silly amount of money on products hoping that it'll help clear my bad skin. Nothing worked for my skin until I saw Jay. On the first consultation, she set out a plan for me to use products that actually work for my skin and I see results just by following her advice. She saved me a lot of $$$$. 😁😁 I also did micro-needling and peels with Jay and this has helped me achieve my goal of having clear skin and have the confidence to wear minimal to no make-up. Strongly recommend to anyone who is struggling with their skin.

I have been seeing Jay for I think almost a year maybe more and I regret not coming to her sooner! I have been getting laser hair removal and was really concerned about pigmentation as I have brown skin, Jay put my mind at ease and has made this process an absolute breeze. The results have been amazing. I have also started micro needling on my face with her as well as using products that she recommended for my face and again I have had great results. My skin is the best it has ever been. Jay knows her stuff, she is super helpful and truely cares about her clients. I would happily recommend her to friends and family.

I have now had 2 sessions of laser treatment for some small spots (angiomas) on my nose. The experience of both visits was great - very professional, informative and relaxed (in a good way). I also saw effects from the treatment only a few days after the first session for one of the spots, which was great. Would highly recommend. Also great value!

I honestly cannot recommend Jay enough. I have started seeing her for microneedling. Like any person, I was skeptical. Yes there are other places out there who can offer treatments for a lower cost but they’re all about profit and don’t have a genuine care about you as an individual. While I did my research and shopped around, no one compared to the level of professionalism as Jay. From the get go, her knowledge and her kind and welcoming personality gave me no doubt that she had my best interests at heart. This girl has a genuine interest and passion in bringing about your inner confidence. She is just as excited, if not more, about seeing positive outcomes for me. She is worth every cent and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend.

My journey towards skin recovery couldn't be better. Jay is so friendly and really takes into consideration the pace at which you would like to go. Looking at your current products and how to get the best nourishment for you skin while using products you might already have. This is the BEST skin care place I have found in Wellington, and I have been to all of them. Its the best for many reasons, but the main one is Jay. The owner. She is so professional, kind and makes you feel at ease the second you meet her. She has amazing attention to detail and knows her stuff. Her products are the best, her advice is spot on and her services are exactly what my skin needed. I have been with her for almost 2 years and would not let anybody else touch my face.

Just want to give an update regarding my experience. So last time I went here to inquire about microneedling and Jay explained everything including the product that will be used to prep the skin prior to procedure. Unfortunately my skin had a bad reaction from the three products that was recommended despite the trial that we did on the clinic. It happened that it was just not meant for my skin. After awhile, Jay, managed to reach out and asked me to bring the products back so she can return it to supplier and made a refund. I appreciate the effort taken here. Hopefully when my skin is ready can try some other scar removal.

I highly recommend Your Skin and Laser Clinic. Jay is great! She is professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. The room is really well set up and welcoming. Her laser machine is high tech with a cooling end, which cools the skin during the treatment so feels less painful. If you want a clinic that makes you feel pampered I would highly recommend Your Skin and Laser Clinic.

Jay is great! We have and continued to use her services. The clinic is super cosy and clean and you really feel like your are in good hands with Jay's knowledge and recommendations of which service is best for you. Highly recommended.

If there was an option I would give this clinic 6 stars if I could. Recently whilst doing my monthly hair highlights at Badaro, I enquired about having some laser hair removal done on my face. My hairdresser Rachael asked Jay to make some time for me in her busy schedule which I appreciated very much as I didn't even expect Jay to say yes to seeing me right after her client. As I entered the clinic I found the skin and laser clinic to be extremely clean, professional and well stocked with a full range of skincare products as well as state of the art laser machinery. Jay made me feel at ease by doing a thorough skin analysis, discussing my concerns and advised on what treatment I needed for the area and how often. When I asked about the laser machine, Jay also advised on the type of laser machine she uses as well as how the laser hair treatment would work, how many sessions I needed for the specific area and if there would be any discomfort during the treatment. I then decided to not hesitate and to do the treatment right away. I actually really enjoyed the session and I felt that the laser machine accurately without discomfort or pain targeted my area of concern. There was no downtime after the treatment and I could continue with normal life straight afterwards. It has been about a week since my session and I have already found that the hair growth has slowed down substantially. This is a huge relief as I have tried everything to slow down and reduce the growth of my stubborn hair for at least the past 5 years. I will now be a regular monthly client and look forward to my visits with Jay. There is no other place that I would trust with my skin and beauty needs. I have also recommended that my family and friends go see Jay for all there anti aging and permanent hair removal requirements. I did Micro-needling to reduce my pigmentation issues and scaring, and the results are there, thanks to her! I’ve been to other clinics in the past, and I can really tell the difference. I have been seeing Jayna since January 2021 for laser hair removal and facial pigmentation. Jayna's main goal is resolving any skin issues one may have - even if this means suggesting products she does not stock. For my pigmentation she suggested I use a product that she does not stock. She even went so far as to call the place which is in another City to ensure they had it in stock...to me this shows that her real focus is on ensuring her clients reach their desired 'skin' goals. Within a short period of time, my pigmentation has substantially faded by using the product she suggested and having facial peels with Jayna. I would recommend Jayna to anyone who wants a skin specialist who is highly skilled and has the type of commitment and care to client service as Jayna does.

I have been seeing Jay for the past 3-4 months and have had an amazing experience with her, which makes going back to her so easy. I have seen fantastic results since using the skin care regime she put together for me. At the start i was quite scared to try micro needling but Jay put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable with all my questions answered before we started. Very lucky a friend referred me to this clinic as i wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Love Jay’s work. The laser works so much better here than other places. I’ve tried a few back in the US and one other in NZ and Jays works best out of all of them. And nearly painless!

I'm a hairy bloke and I recently had a laser hair removal session here after several at another clinic. The results at the other clinic had been ok (steady hair reduction, skin rash for a day, a bit more painful than waxing). No shade. But the results of the first session at Your Skin and Laser on my back have been fantastic. Significant hair reduction - almost zero regrowth 8 weeks later - no skin rash, much less painful than waxing. Jay knows her stuff and is friendly and professional, and her new Cultura laser is the business. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

I've always been skeptical of skin clinics because you don't know if they will work and you don't know who you can trust. I decided to finally do something about my acne scars and this place was only 30 seconds away from work so I gave it a go. Little things worry me and Jay has been excellent at answering them and putting my mind at ease. I went with microneedling as recommended. I went in with realistic expectations and I'm already surprised to see results on my second treatment. I'm very happy with the experience so far, not only have my scars and overall texture improved, I also now have a great skin care regime that is personally tailored to my skin type. I cannot leave the house without my sunblock, I'm obsessed with it. There are a lot of skin clinics in Wellington and you can definitely put your trust on this one. I highly recommend!

Jay recommended micro-needling treatments for my Hormonal Acne scarring. She instantly made me feel at ease and in good hands as she explained the ins and out of the treatment and pre/post care as well as going over my skin type and why this treatment was best. I have just finished a series of three micro-needlings and the results have been incredible and I feel the most confident I have felt in a long time! I will definitely be going back to explore some other treatments :)

I'm very wary when it comes to skin/laser clinics and have waited a long time to find somewhere that I 100% trust going in to it. After several recommendations from friends and more research, I decided I would give Your Skin and Laser a go and couldn't be happier! Great therapist who identified what my skins concerns were and was clear on her recommended line of approach for my treatment. The blueberry peel was a great start as my first treatment. The laser genesis as my second treatment wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. With a darker skin tone, I was very apprehensive to try any kind of laser treatment on my face, however when I finally did, the experience was much better then I thought. The confidence of the therapist who knew her products and treatments really well was very reassuraning. Had a lovely experience getting laser hair removal on my armpits and legs. Having had the procedure done in another location, this was by far my favorite place .The staff were lovely, and extremely knowledge. The machine they use was pain less and the best of the best! I would recommend this place 100% you'll be treated with the most professional and knowledgeable staff around wellington. Very happy with my results!

Amazing service and great result! I had an issue with some hair not falling out properly (my hair is fair,) but I called to mention this anyway and was instantly invited back for a touch up that day free of charge. Very clean environment and friendly staff. It is my first time ever getting laser and I got an excellent demonstration on how it works and the after care requirements. Would highly recommend :)
