Great view from up here, looking over Whakatane township and it towards whale island, worth the short drive along the gravel road to get there.

Very cool place 😎. Wonderful view!

Nice ocean front park has playgrounds, toilets, walking trails, lots of parking and plenty more to see and do. Great for a picnic with heaps for kids to do.

Visiting whakatane can be worthwhile to take photos.

This area of Whakatane is a go to for me, to rest my mind. Its beautiful, close to the local marae and the sea.

Beautiful, peaceful place. I'm walking the dog here almost every day.

Great walk

We went to celebrate a child's birthday and we had great fun. With the playground close and heaps of room for our gazebo and bbq, it was an ideal location.
