S.Contact was fast, a date and time was given for pick up of old appliances and the employee turned up on time, done the job safely and was wearing a mask during the job which is required during lvl 2 covid.

ARC fixed it on the spot and at a reasonable cost! Staff were amazing and made me a cuppa while I waited!

T.I don't feel I can write a review here fairly as my partner is one of the main techs here 😅 but that biased-ness aside, great friendly team. Fast at getting your appliance sorted, tones of knowledge between them all. And there's no one else I would trust to fix my phone screen other then Marco, nope not even my partner (sorry hun!). They have also started doing a form of part pay etc so that's another plus, especially for those phone fixes!
J.ARC repaired my treadmill a couple of years ago after it was damaged by a moving company. I was having trouble with it again and rung to arrange for it to be fixed, the technician had made such thorough notes last time they suggested I check the emergency stop key as he'd mentioned it having loose contacts - a bit of wiggling and away it went! Many other companies would have sent the tech out to do that and charged for it. Thanks heaps ARC, will definitely recommend you 👍
