Screen had a cobweb or something on it top right side - ether the backdrop or the projector had a spot on it. The popcorn was burnt and the seats where okay - on the upside counter staff where well presented and friendly and the cinema itself was clean and tidy. If the popcorn and viewing issues where sorted would give it a 4 or 5

Bought our tickets online to avoid the queue at the ticket kiosk only to find we had to queue to get another ticket to get into the theatre. Won't bother doing that again.... Referring to the owners response, firstly there is nothing on the ticket that says you have to report to the sales kiosk to "redeem" the ticket you've already purchased online. Secondly, we went as a group of four, and while no seats were allocated, we expected to avoid the queue and get early access to four adjacent seats. By the time we had waited in the slow moving queue to redeem our tickets, and find that the system could not even issue us tickets, we were only able to get four seats on the far left of the theatre. Yes, at Focal Point in Feilding and Palmy you do have to redeem your online ticket, but booking online allows you to reserve a seat.

Its a while since we've been to the Movies, so arriving to Embassy 3 and being told we'd be in the small theater we were surprised ! What an Amazing little theater,20 comfy chairs cups to hold drinks or snacks,all most took my mind off James Bond 007. Congratulations on developing this lovely comfortble Theater.

It really makes you feel like you're at a movie theater. I've been coming here since I was a wee lad, and I think it's about time I give it the rating it deserves. I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff, especially with that Ashleigh girl, very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! 🔥

Show was wonderful. Polite staff. Only thing is they are not mobility accessible. My disabled and I just presumed there would be a lift. Pays to check beforehand.

Great staff very helpful. The usher helped take my Nana in to the theater as she was in a wheel chair. Young lady helped me sort out my parking as the council parking meters have max parking of an hour and a half, so was guided round to the parking out the pack which is cheaper and for longer. Only down side was the theater was very cold and the sound was just a little too loud. I would still visit but I'm not sure my Nana would go back.

Helpful staff. White walls in a movie theater just lights up a room. There's a reason most are darker walls. Seats were average at best. Toilets were strange. No locks on doors. Not knocked off just none installed. Only way of knowing if it's occupied is if the door is closed you check if you can see an outline through the frosted glass.

Place was packed and me and the kids unfortunately missed all the showings of the end game. Oh well. Cinemas are average, not great quality projection and always smell musty like roof is leaking or something.

This is a great cinema complex, 4 theaters, varying sizes, good Bix Office staff, it's always a pleasant experience.

Always playing the latest movies in a number of boutique theatres. The decor has become dated and a number of seats have over extended backs which not as confortable as could be. However ticket prices and the ever requested frozen ice cream in cone puts a smile on your face. Recommend. Must mention all seats now in tip-top condition following recent renewal programme, so all pluses now.

It's clean and tidy. Only suggestion is not to have the popcorn salted by Embassy as ours was way way over salted. Some people believe it or not actually don't like a lot of salt. Have a salt shaker for the public to use, just a thought.
