M.Good safe boat ramp, easy to launch and retrieve. Gets very busy over summer and parking can be tight. There is always the One Tree Point boat ramp around the corner if full, or you can launch of the beach at the marina entrance with the right sized boat and suitable vehicle at high tide.
M.Great marina. Very quite and we haven't had any dock walkers stopping by. Love it here. Beautiful setting too looking out at Whangarei heads.

D.Great ramp, good parking, kerb and gutter don't destroy your Rims, the bar/cafe serves nice food and the Marina always looks clean.

A.I have used the ramp on many occasions and is well setup. The public toilets are handy and with the shops filled in it has what you need. Bakery is great and the convenience store has all you need for a day out on the boat.
j.Amazing spot. Beautiful homes and boats. We launched at the all tide ramp and headed the short steam over to whangarei heads for a fish and dive. We struck out with the fishing but managed a good haul of scollies. Friendly people at the ramp happy to have a chat. Really awesome spot. Thank you.
O.Pretty busy place at times, petrol and diesel fumes near the boat ramp can be annoying. Can't wait for boats and cars to switch to electric... Shops are mostly real estate at the moment, and lots of construction nearby, but the area has potential to grow and transform into something really beautiful over the next few years.
A.We went in this marina with our sail yacht for only one night but I can guarantee that it's a very good marina, well maintained, good price and the service is awesome. We reserved a slip in advance, it was Sunday when we entered, but the marina manager has found the way to gave us a card for using showers, laundry and power on the pontoon. Outstanding. Thanks
M.Just had 17 days on the hard & have been very impressed with this facility. All staff could not have been more helpful, efficient & pro active. The access to the haulout ramp is easy to pull into & protected. The trailer is an extremely impressive piece of kit. For yachts there is no need to remove forestays, it can easily cope with large Catamarans & pretty big monohulls.
The yard itself is large, clean, uncluttered
& secure. There is a great club room with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, shower etc.
Highly recommended.
P.Quiet enough to get away from the hustle
O.Most developed place in One Tree Point... Not that it was ever finished due to the 2008 Financial Crisis. Still nice place to poke around if your visiting, or go for a coffee. However, some of the houses sure look lonely with all the empty lots around them.
B.Their disabled toilets are a joke. The door is half the width of the non disabled toilets and have a step to get in the door. The outdoor areas are nice and clean. Very few shops though. Mostly real estate places.
I.A neat harbour with very friendly people. They have toilets and shower facilities for people renting a spot. There's (huge!!) Laundry facilities [regular priced]
Possible to go out for a drink or dinner around the corner. A small shop for boat repair supplies or fishing supplies too.
w.Great place to stay longer! Really experienced and friendly staff. You will get everything you need!
Boatyard is amazing even for big catamarans!
J.Great marina with very helpful staff with all the facilities a visiting sailor could wish for. A great general store, laundry and haul-out facilities. Highly recommend this marina.
R.Hi all.
We have been in the marina hardstand, on an extensive project for about three months. This is the most cooperative group of people we have experienced in over 40 years of boating. Nothing is a problem and the yard supervisor, Mark, and his team are friendly and helpfull with all of our, sometimes strange requests.
The gear for handling boats is new, efficient and plentiful. The only downside we have experienced is the distraction of some very large vessels being moved around when I should be concentrating on my own stuff!
All up, I thoroughly recommend this yard as a haulout option on the Northland coast.

A.It's O.K. The Marina Docks could do with some maintenance, considering the berthing fees charged.... Just routine stuff needed really... Seems to be lacking in this area... Was pretty filthy in water right by the Gang Way, very murky with surface film very very visible.
a.What a beautiful marina, great facilities, lovely clean pontoons, helpful staff and in a quiet area. Marina office staff are a delight, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful.
There is a lounge for cruisers and free internet access. Customs call in here for clearance of boats on Q dock
A small store selling some parts, useful sundries and bait, worth a visit, its also a petrol station open 24/7.
Theres a hairdresser and other services too.
Super happy to be here just wish there was wifi on the docks. Cant believe that in this day and age there are no wifi repeaters. We have to sit in the car up at the office at night and use the wifi. Even with our antenna we can not connect yet even in poor remote islands of the Pacific we could! C'mon Marsden get with it!
L.We had a beautiful meal at Land & Sea Cafe.
Gorgeous setting by the marina, the service was excellent, and the food delicious!
Our guests from Canada gave it the 👍 loving the meal & dessert presentation.
We will definetly be returning.

C.Nice handy boat ramp to get out into bream bay. Boat ramp does need signs to restrict one ramp for launching and the other for retrieving, this would make it more efficient on those busy days.
C.Best marina in the country and very helpfull staff. Hardstand/Haulout is top notch. Yard is run very professional and extremly tidy.

k.I don't really know much about the place I was picking up an electrasan unit I got off trademe. But the place looked clean and I hear it's not to expensive.
