D.Just an all round awesome experience with Darryl and Paula, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door and the John Young Atlanta 3 piece we bought was extremely reasonable compared to the prices at the big stores. Paula also made a point of getting us to fill out the warranty paperwork there and then so she could lodge it for us!
We were flying out to Aussie the next day and the guys were able to have their contract delivery team get the suite delivered the next morning so we could be there to receive it. The delivery crew were lovely and very careful too!
Finally when we returned from Aus 3 weeks later, we couldnt quite remember how to operate the latches to remove backs of the chairs, I messaged Darryl and the next day both he and Paula came to the house to help us out! You don't get service like that at Harvey Norman!
Can't wait to shop there again!
