H.I popped into this branch looking for solar Christmas lights that had sold out at Te Aroha branch. Parked in the timber yard as didn't realize most people park on the road unless they are loading timber. Very small shop and none of the lights I wanted. Having worked 21 years in different hardware outlets I find Bunnings service leaves much to be desired. Brochures delivered to our box on Te Aroha but you need to go to Hamilton to get most of the advertised products. We cannot understand why the smaller shops do not offer to order advertised goods for you or get transferred from a larger store. It's a great waste of money printing and delivering brochures of goods that are not stocked locally.
