Small store compared to the bigger city stores. In a way it's good because it's easier to find what you're looking for. Often a bit short staffed, but the staff make up for it with their helpfulness.

What a shop!!!!!! Really should have brought a caravan so I could have rested up to continue exploring. Excellent service and knowledge from the staff. Nothing seemed to phase the amazing staff and they actually seemed to be happy to help. Big ups to Bunnings staff training and the staff themselves.

Not so great. It's very untidy. I order some fertiliser. Took my phone number they still hadn't rung when we there last time. There was one bag left. Not a happy chappy.

Great shop with helpful staff. Very impressive for a small town if they don't have what your looking for they will order it in for you within the next couple of days & these guys n girls are always smiling.. You can feel the love in The Aroha after shopping here 😃🤘👍

A Western Australian based company. Hardware and building supplies. Most items are covered but the range is smaller than the stores in large centres, like Hamilton. Slow to order and obtain the rare item that you want, so if it's not basic, then visit Thames or Hamilton or Auckland. Friendly and helpful staff at Te Aroha with that small town feel.
