Always our go to when we fly. I keep missing her name but there is a lovely driver who we have managed to get the last three times we have used this service. She is so friendly. And when we were running late to our flight she cut her break short and dropped us as close as possible so we could try make the flight.... which we did. The effort was really appreciated.

As a regular weekly long term customer of ParkNFly, I can highly recommend this business for both short and long term airport parking. I can confidently leave my vehicle knowing that it is safe and secure hands. Supported by its friendly staff, the service is fantastic, seamless and without fuss. Each time I use the service I feel like a welcome friend.

I am comfortable living my car @ park n fly as if I’m just living them in my own place. Staffs are helpful, polite. This is my 3rd time. Special thanks to PJ for being so patient for waiting even late at night he still manage to make us feel like were not tired from our flight. Have a blessed new year Park n fly🙏🙏💕💕💕💕

I have been using Park N Fly Auckland Airport weekly (except for lockdown periods) for over 2 years now. I find the staff extremely professional, helpful, and accommodating. Prior to using Park N Fly I used a few other shuttle companies in the area, however Park N Fly were the best by far . Sandy Douglas

Great place to park your car knowing that it's safe. We'll priced and staff are courteous. Transfer's to and from the airport were prompt and hassle free. Recommend

We used their service in December 2020 and felt very satisfied overall. The service is nice and transparent with no hidden conditions etc. The prices are very cheap and it is better to park here than paying a shuttle to reach the airport. The shuttle service from the parking location to the airport is very easy and frequent. The drivers are experienced and even help with luggage carriage. The cars are parked in the yard and are moved by the staff if needed. Overall highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

Park 'N Fly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get to my flight on time. Their care and attention in my situation was outstanding and I couldn't recommend them more highly enough. Thank you again for making my day you and your outstanding service!

Amazing service! Always on time and staff are so friendly!! I left my AirPods in one of their vans and their super star staff held onto them and I got them back a few days later - so relived and grateful! Outstanding company all around :)

It was our first time doing a park and ride. Nice not having to worry, from the very beginning of a trip.A bit of a wait on pick up, 45 mins but friendly, happy driver and car well looked after. Will use again.

2nd time we have used Park N Fly and a much better experience. Had a valet which was excellent, the car has never been so clean.

Waiting time for pick ups at the airport could be improved but what was more interesting is the fact that we had to purchase masks at an inflated cost due to Covid concerns, and we wouldn't be able to travel in the shuttle without wearing one. Then we were driven to the airport by a non mask wearing driver!

We were a bit nervous to use Park N Fly since the reviews seemed pretty mixed. However, we had a great experience. Pick and drop off were quick and easy, and we only had to wait for 10 minutes for the shuttle when we landed. Very cheap parking even compared to Park N Ride. Might be a bit of a gamble, but if it works out, it’s cheap and easy parking.

Cheap and easy place to store your car when flying out of Auckland.

Been here 3 times over a 2 year period. Always very helpful and car looked after and cleaned throughly. Rates are cheap and have always had a great experience with this company everytime I leave car. Shuttle bus are always constant so you are never waiting long. Highly recommend.

No worries at all. Only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to pick me up and take me back to my car. Would definitely use again.

Got a bit anxious after reading all the bad reviews but our experience was 5 stars!!! We dropped our car off within 2 minutes and got in the shuttle right away, which was only a comfortable 5 minute ride to the airport. The pickup was just as smooth, the shuttle arrived 5 minutes after we called and they had our car and keys waiting for us. I even took a picture of my kilometres after reading all the bad reviews, but turns out our car literally only moved 300m. It's definitely possible to have a good experience here :) We will be back!

I can highly recommend Park N Fly for efficient, pleasant and effortless car parking near Auckland Airport. Park N Fly Auckland are a very professional company to deal with. On arrival at their premises all the paperwork was already done, as it was on my return to collect the car. And, the airport shuttle was ready to go. I will most definitely continue to use them. Have used this company for years, I've left my vehicle here for 1 day to several weeks and very reasonably priced. Good quick reception staff, shuttle drivers generally pretty friendly and courteous. Short 5-6 minute shuttle ride to Domestic or international terminal depending on time of day and traffic. Online booking and payment option saves time when checking in and out.

Drop off was easy; quick trip to the airport. Pick up was another story. There were three different shuttles that came through the pick up area until we were finally able to board one. Even then I found we had to be aggressive in getting to the shuttle quickly cos so many people were waiting as well. It's not easy when traveling with young children. It would have been nice if they had an extra shuttle running at that time cos like I said a lot of people were waiting at least 30 minutes, if not more.

Heaps of space to park. Excellent service despite the COVID restrictions. Under pressure to get to them on time due to Auckland traffic I still felt looked after and not rushed by the driver when I got there. Easy to book in and check out.

So pleased with the service! It was my first time ever using this service and I was quite nervous at the start, however it was so breezy! we got there on time, the shuttle came to the park and fly 15 minutes after then we headed to the airport and when we arrived from our holiday the shuttle was already there at the terminal! it was perfect timing. Will def be back again in the near future. Keep up the great work!

Had a wonderful experience. was surprised to see negative reviews at all, The staff were very accommodating and were very helpful, had a stroller and a 1 year old, and they catered for everything very promptly. Most of service was good. But no battery of remote car key after here. Even though charging was completed by driving more than 2hours a few days ago. How can this be?

I've used this parking resource often and regularly, though also notice that cost has significantly increased recently. During my absence, they moved my car and the electric window went down. The car was full of rain water which took weeks to dry out and remove the smell. A one off event? They were helpful when my battery was flat, getting me started. Trusting g others with your valuable asset is important. Respecting the client and their loyalty is also important!

I asked the staff about it, to which they clarified the cars get stored off-site, hence the small distance travelled. I may have missed that part in the agreement, just be aware :)

Been using this company for the last 3 years, was never disappointed. Not sure why there are negative feedback to be frank. Staff was always helpful and easy going. I once forgot to take my glasses from my car so I rang them before my flight. I got a shuttle sent to pick me up to collect them and return me to catch my domestic flight. Thank you for always providing me with an outstanding service and sometimes outside your service description.

Average. Very good pricing though. Not the friendliest of drivers which you would expect in a customer facing role. No instructions or directions provided for when you return.

Very economical to park here and take a trip. Was 50NZD for 9 days for us. And their shuttles to and from the domestic terminal were good too.

Great cheap option for having your car looked after if you are heading away. The website is very user friendly and i was able to book my car a few days beforehand. As soon as i got in and dropped my car off I got the shuttle to drop me off at the airport and as soon as i arrived i was fortunate to have a shuttle conveniently ready to take me back to Park n Fly.

Service and communications is a bit lacking. I've used them before and it was great but this time I was a bit disappointed. Even though our return flight was confirmed we still had to call them when we arrived 1am in the morning and had to wait outside in the cold. Our bags were falling in the back of the shuttle when we drove off and then fell out when he opened the boot. Finding our car at the compound was also a bit hard in the dark and it was squeezed so tight my husband had trouble getting in (and he's not particularly large). Anyway they are cheap but I have to say I would rather pay more for better service after a really long day and flight!

The service was good. You pay parking costs up front. They have shuttles to airport buildings, even early in morning so no stress there. Upon return we gave them a call and a shuttle came to pick us up. We have a bit of a wait when we got back and out of the airport building. The car was in as left condition upon return. Park 'N Fly could improve slightly by gauging return flights and how many would be coming back to pick up vehicles.

I have used this business a number of times as I travel a lot. Usually quite friendly and efficient, though the time taken to pick up and drop off varies a lot. I often get the car cleaned, one time I did that and they fixed a small dent in the car too. No sign of misuse. For my last trip though, the experience was totally different. I had returned early, but emailed them, and received a response saying they would be ready. They weren't and the person on duty at the time must be the World's only car park attendant with delusions of grandeur. I was treated with pomposity and expected to sit and wait. Then someone who actually understood they're in a service industry came and sorted it out. So far, I haven't been back since, despite the earlier good experience, which kind of spoils it for the good people in this company.

I have used the company many times and recently it has been hit and miss. Previous drivers asked us to leave our bags so they could stack them another grumpy driver told everyone to get out of the van and stack there own bags so very confusing. Standards are up and down, efficient one trip and absolutely terrible the next. The most recent trip I called three times and waited approximately 40 minutes they said it was due to traffic but other shuttle companies were coming and going constantly and I seriously don't know why they ask for our flight numbers and times if they just come late any how. The customer service is pretty bad, not welcoming but I put that down to you get what you pay for. I just wish they could get it together.

Disappointed because my car seemed to travel 4kms in the time I dropped it off to collection. Front passenger seat was pushed further down as if someone had been sleeping in my car. The drop off was great but on returning nobody answered my call from the airport yet there were 2staff members in the office over and about the bus driver.

Absolutely awesome. Use these guys most times when away on business and holiday. Great price, great service. The team were really friendly and keen to help carry and load bags for us. This time around I got notification via vehicle tracking system while away that the battery was flat. I called Park n Fly to let them know and they had the battery charged and ready to go when I got back. Not sure what the whingers are hoping for but these are all good.

On arrival helpful friendly service. Maybe clearer instructions of where to wait at airport for shuttle…especially for newbies like me.

I have often used their service as I travel a lot for my work. Always found the staff friendly and efficient. They understand my need to be punctual in my work so are overly conscious about my arrival and departure times at the airport. Although I use their service often, I still fill out their form completely each time to ensure there is clarity on the terms and conditions and a reinforcement of my expectations. I have not been disappointed.

Good rates for airport parking. Area has been done up and parking is easy. Had a great driver on the return to pick up the car. Customs had taken a while and the van came quickly after the call was made for pick up.

On collecting my car after a 4 day weekend away I checked the car and noticed that the paid-for mini wash had not been done. Ajay informed me that I would need to email my request for a refund of the $29 to the website with my screenshot copies of my online receipts. I did so the next day, along with photos of the unwashed car. No confirmation of my request arrived, but I was very pleased to see the refund in my bank account this morning. Thank you ParknFly.

Don't listen to the moaners, nothing wrong with my experience! When looking for an economical Park n Fly option, I read a few Google Reviews and they were all bad, Park n Fly and their competitors. I decided to go with Park n Fly thinking 'how bad can it be' and that most people with a gripe will post a negative review, but all the thousands of happy customers don't bother to post a positive one. I had a great experience, easy drop off, pleasant and friendly staff, fast service even though there were 3 or 4 other people there at the same time, easy pickup. better than paying twice as much (or more) to Auckland Airport. recommended!

Wonderful service & a quick pick up always

I was recommended by my friend to use Park n Fly. Their services are brilliant, dropped me off to the Airport on time when I was getting late. They even made a special shuttle run just for me. Regardless of all the reviews I have just read, there's not a single review which has matched my experience with them. What a helpful staff they have. I had a problem with my car battery which I did not inform them in a rush.Told them about it on my return and Jay (staff) a friendly little chap jump started my car for me. Went home without any problems.

the shuttle to and from airport was fine , car was parked very close to other cars ,hard to get in and more risk to get damage to your car or from somebody else, also car had 5 km extra on the clock. we read part of conditions again and it says they can park ur car anywhere and don,t take any responsibility for the possible damage , we don,t like that .

Don't know what the fuss was all about. I have used them every time. Very Convenient, Cost effective and Wait at the airport is reasonable. Never have I seen them say...sorry can't accommodate you....but there is a shuttle right after shortly which I have heard other vendors do. Giving the car keys was fine. Car returned in the was i dropped it off. Recent experience in 12-19 July 2016. While returning, there were quite a few flights and a rush of passengers. while I was accommodated on the Airport pickup Van and lots of luggage, I overlooked a free bag and 3 black label bottles that I received with them from Duty Free which I left in the Van by mistake. In the early hours of the morning I took the rest of my luggage and rushed back home to Hamilton. When I settled down I realised that I missed a bag. I called them up immediately saying that I left my luggage there. They understood the exact situation of when and where my luggage was left, took my name and phone number and said that they would give me a call if they found it....having little hope I said...thank you. Shortly after I received a call to further identify what kind of baggage it was colour, make model, whether it has a lock on it. I was asked if there was any other baggage left for which I confirmed no. Since they confirmed that there was only one piece of baggage found, I gave them permission to open the baggage and confirmed the contents of the baggage. They were happy for me to come and pick it up (despite their agreement of indemnification), by showing my drivers license, the vehicle that I dropped off and the receipt for the bottles from Duty Free. A total value of $200 minimum. I thanked them and offered to pay for their lunch in their effort to find and retain my luggage, the politely refused the offer and said that they would be happy to see me as a returning customer. Not a lot of people remember the good ones, but always remember and take the time to comment about their bad experiences. I guess this one is an exception. Thanks again, Cheers.

Based on my experience they performed very well I used them over the xmas break and everything worked as it should i dropped my car off, and within 5 min we where off to the airport, the airport itself was gridlocked and the driver did everything he could to get us there in time and i got there 6 min before the checkin closed so i was very thankfull in fact he got a rousing applause when we arrived from everyone in the shuttle. on my return i rang them they answered and within 10 min a shuttle was there to pick us up. my car was where i left it and i drove home no issues no problem, just what i wanted

Good value for parking. I also paid $79 for a super wash on my car. Waste of money, the windows hadn't even been touched, inside or out. Would use the parking service ,but not the valet.

Highly recommend Park N Fly. My fault for running late but they rushed me to the airport just in time. Brand new office. I would give 7 stars if i could.Very friendly staff. I use to Uber but this is so easy and value for money. Shout out to the office lady for the incredible service. I will use them for sure for all my travels.

I have used these guys for a couple of years now and they have always been fine. Recently I left my phone in the shuttle. Had my son track it and send alert via app. He then called the office and I collected it on my return 4 days later. They have always been good for me and obviously cheap.

Excellent service will use again for sure they drop you off to the airport and pick you up from the airport no worries and alot cheaper than getting a taxi only cost $80 for two weeks and your car is safely locked up in a fully fenced yard and there open 24 hours always someone on site can't go wrong.

Tried this facility last month, very helpful and courteous staff. Special shout out to NICK.....he's the man! The R/C battery of my car went flat (couldn't start coz it's push start) but without hesitation he loaned me his car to get to the nearest shop to buy battery. Nick ............ you're awesome pal.

Good experience with this business. Shuttle was pretty frequent and we didn't need to wait.

It started off great but ended off with not being so great. Nice Islander guy dropped us off but getting back to their depot we ended up waiting for more than half an hour and to be fair their work place is only 5 minute drive away. Another company called airopark dropped us off free of charge. He was very helpful.

Very cost effective option for parking when travelling. Friendly staff and very easy to book online. Highly recommended.

I've used these guys many times for long term and short term stays. They aren't the politest guys around, they often frustrate me by the length of wait once you are sitting in the shuttle waiting to go to the airport BUT that aside I know now to allow a little extra time, the car has always been secure and most of all the price is brilliant and outweighs the minor grizzles.

Thanks so much Park N Fly-not only did you provide efficient service when we recently used your facility, you also went the extra mile by rescuing my husband's wallet from the car and bringing it to us at the international terminal! We really appreciated your helpful gesture and will definitely recommend your company to all our friends and colleagues.

Less formal than Park N Ride. As we arrived and left our keys the people parking the cars were making a racket 'tooting' the horns of the cars. The shuttle to airport services both the domestic and international terminals. I would prefer using Park N Ride in the future.

Park N Fly were so helpful when my flight was delayed. They came back picked me up, returned my car and then delivered me back to my plane the next day free. Can't complain good price good service

Good price and provided transfer. Not enough room in van when it arrived at the airport after a 20 minute wait Last thing you want to do after a flight and your told to wait outside at night for the transfer to arrive.

Have used twice with no problems. Sure the staff are not charm school graduates, but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for. This company is usually the cheapest when I compare. Although FlyPark has far better reviews and the same price at time of writing this, so I will try them next time. Take a photo of your car condition and odo before you leave. Preferably with date software. This is a good habit to get into with all airport parking. Plenty of spelling and grammar errors in Park 'n Fly's T&C's which make me cringe a bit.

Parking itself was fine, but the front of house service is brusque, and a little disinterested. Getting into the shuttle is a bit of "every man for himself" affair too. But they are cheap!

Best value for money compared to other Park & Ride options in AKL. Efficient and reliable. Shuttle frequency could improve.

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES AND SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN FINE. A COUPLE OF TIMES WE HAVE HAD TO WAIT TO BE PICKED UP BUT AS LONG AS THE WAIT DOESN'T GET ANY LONGER WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AS THERE FEES ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

Technically a good idea to park so close to the airport. Unfortunately we could not get hold of them for almost half an hour on the day of our departure.

Simple and easy drop off rental car

Nobody was there when we turned up, service unfortunately wasn't very friendly. Hopefully it was because it was 4am in the morning.

Drop the car there, they take us and luggage to terminal door. Just phone them to be picked up again on return.
