R.Had a very smooth parking here for a day. Parked around 4 30 am so I expect no customer service on front and was I right. Can be book online but I did walk in just use your credit card to get in and out. Parking is secured. Bus arrives frequently to airport. Cheaper than to park nearby the airport.
F.Great and easy place to park the car for air travel, and easy to pop onto one of the many shuttles leaving regularly to both the domestic and international terminals. And also reasonably affordable
J.Drive In Covid-19 vacation center wile Auckland is in lockdown. Amazing staff very easy to get ya jab don't take long. Drive in no bookings required just your NHI Number keeps things flowing nicely.
Big Shout-out to Auckland Airport for Donating your park n fly for this vacation hub and bus for Shot Bro 👌
E.No choice being here travelling picked up a rental. Entering the comlpex sign direction easier to follow. Alma Rentals Cars. My obsevation before leaving the orange buses from airport or where ever Park and Ride buses collect passengers either pick up a rental or their car. Down fall report here for the services based on site car parking is shocking $40 a day. Now that is to expensive. Nz is very expensive to visit. Greenry is all we have here. Tourism here to costly. S.Wasn't really in full action due to level 3 lockdown. To give it an honest review let's wait till after lockdown is over and it is back in full swing.
These Park N Ride facilities are pretty much available for the conveinence of the commuter. They are a positive service all around. Parking, traffic on the roads, carbon emissions, conveinence all bonuses. I'll be back!!

R.Drive Thru Vaccination Centre was well organized, qued up on the street for about 30mins before getting into the Park N Ride and then about a 2hr journey from entry to exit, but I expected it to be a much longer process so happy it only took 2hrs, I know of some who took over 6hrs. Well done and thank you to all the volunteers and we'll done to all those in their cars who showed great patience and calm.

J.Great price & easy online booking service. You know where you stand as far as transfers to the airport goes as they have regular departure times. Bus stop marked clear for return. Driver had masks to give out as people as we were in level 2 requiring masks. Massive carpark so plenty of space and great to have the extra option like express parking. Very secure. I love that your car will not be moved. You park it yourself and keep your keys. Only glitch is there was NOONE around at the desk if you had questions - hence the dropped star.

M.Have used P&R many times, I used the card tap entrance, simple, convenient. And if you've buried your mask in your bag they have masks on the bus.
Mention toilets could be cleaned more often 4 🥻⭐
M.We had a really good experience parking here while we nipped down to the south island. The parking felt secure and we had no trouble while we were away. The bus that drops you to the airport was really easy and convenient. Would Happily use this service again.

A.Park and Ride carpark was converted to drive through vaccination for Covid-19. Well organised. Big parking space.
E.Excellent free bus service from the international terminal via domestic terminal for pick ups, stopping briefly to pick up passengers from a car hire office then onto the Ibis Hotel more pick ups, then it goes back to the Domestic airport and then onto International airport
It does this loop every day making travel from one airport to the other and a car hire office to the Ibis hotel

R.I booked in advanced with an American Express card - which the website said would be fine if it's chipped (mine is) - but it wouldn't read the card at the gate, so I had to pay again with another card. Bit stressful, but I e-mailed them the receipt and reference, and they refunded the second payment within a few days, no issues - so excellent customer service, just make sure you use a Visa or Mastercard for entry!
B.Very quiet with far less cars parked on site than I'm used to. Was able to get a park just one row over from the main building. Do yourself a favour though. Get there earlier than I did. The shuttle run every 20 mins feom 10 past the hour.
B.Great service Google takes you to the staff entrance! Be ware!
P.Fantastic service. Parked here a couple of times. So easy to catch the shuttle from the multiple pick up spots (every 10 minutes I think) and be dropped off at the airport doors. Saved a fortune in parking fares ( gets cheaper over multiple days).

C.Easy parking, feels secure for long stays. Helpful staff when I had an issue with returning. Credit card swip check in and out means no pesky parking card or receipt to hold. Frequent easy access busses to and from terminals make an easy solution.
A.As you sit waiting for a bus in the wee hours of the morning it’s comforting to know that there are bathrooms just metres away. Thank you for your service.
j.people dont know how to park properly and leave dent marks on peoples cars without owning up to the damage. heaps of parking for staff and public but make sure to take a coat and umbrella when raining. it does not have covered parking
N.Easy to use and very cost effective

M.This parking is the cheapest possibility of all Auckland Airports parking lots. They have 2 options in this uncovered car park: Park & Ride and Park & Ride EXPRESS. You need to make a reservation on Auckland Airport website at least few days before your travel. The sooner you make the reservation the cheaper for you - means few weeks befor your flight you will pay less money than purchasing few days before your flight. Also there can be a possibility that the car park will be full. Park & Ride EXPRESS means that you park your car and leave the keys on the reception which you can find right next to the main shuttle bus station. Your car will be than prepared at the time of your return behind this reception. If you will use just Park & Ride, you will keep your car keys (Don’t forget to remember the color and number of your block, ther is nothing worse than serching for a car at 4AM in the morning after 16hours flight. ;) ). The entry and exit works on the bank card with which you have purchased this service, so don’t forget to take it with you. The shuttle bus goes every 10 to 15 minutes and arrives in 10 minutes to the airport hall. I used both this options and was always happy. I can reccommend.

M.A great service. I get use of this car park for free since I work at the Auckland international airport, however the service they provide is first class, it’s really convenient for people who work and the airport.

Fast and easy... We droped our car for car rental in the middle of the night and we were done in 1 minute.... Parking for car rentals was little bit baddly signed but ok.
