H.Horrible Horrible Horrible..!!! There is no other word for the customer service from this company.. Been trying to contact them for 2-days now and the operator keeps transferring to someone who does not even work with them any more..!!!
I Finally had a call from a lovely lady there who took the initiative to respond after numerous calls and efforts.
I am a corporate client and own 3 hotels and lease several car-parks from Tournament car-park, which about 6-months ago was taken over by Wilson Parking..!! Not sure where they are lacking but you guys need to take some serious steps to overhaul your service or you will end up loosing all contracts.
