Reviews of Ellis Rd Beach Carpark
L.Nice spot, lovely sea views
S.pretty basic car park by the sea. Very exposed to the wind but beautiful panoramic sea view and easy access to the surf via a pebble beach. Pretty cold on a windy day. Be VERY careful crossing the uncontrolled railway crossing which has no warning lights. Trains appear at the most random times and are sometimes small shunting engines with only a few carriages making them hard to hear coming in advance.
D.Rugged coastal area. Sea was crashing in the day we went. Easy walk to the nearby lighthouse. Not a swimming beach.
