C. S.Great carpark building. Easy to use ticketing and payment system. And very helpful red light green light carpark system . Red-light car park space is occupied and green light means the carkpark space is empty. Makes looking for a carpark space easier.
A. T.Awesome carpark. 2$ for the first 2 hours is just perfect as I always end up in city centre for short times. The location is on point and it has seven floor so, even in busy times, I have never got the chance to see it entirely full. Recommend
D. S.$2 for 2 hours! Out of the rain and right in the centre of the city. Bargain! Where else can you get that sort of value when the council charges $10 for the same period on the street.

E.Honestly it's a great safe place to park if you want to go to city centre and it's extremely fun with the kids going up all the levels and then back down but the prices for parking are crazy expensive. I know someone who works in the crossing who pays almost a whole days pay for 1 week of parking.

L. J.Wish I listened to my yoga teacher earlier. She said this place has $2 parking for 2 hours and man it's saves me so much money going to town or the gym now. I get an extra hour to have a browse or go for lunch after the gym, so good!
Only hitch is if you go to use the stairs IN the carpark building instead of the lift you have to stop at level 1 not the ground floor as you cannot get to the shops or out of the building from the ground floor staircase - there is a fire-exit but you can't go through there. Which this really sucks if you are using the stairs there is a lip which I tripped the first time getting caught out on this BUT other than that I use the lift and be lazy if I've parked above the 1st floor and walk out to the shops and down the staircase OUTside the building.
Lots of pay machines so you aren't waiting too long to pay for your parking which is awesome!

Only downside is that they changed $0.60 for paywave payments

Y. Y.Smart parking indicators showing you which park is free. Also have display boards on each level showing you how many vacant parks on this level and next level up. Generous turning room in between levels compared to other car parks. You can enter up to midnight, but exit at any time. $2 for 2 hours at the moment. Cheapest around after CCC stopped the first hour for free. Once you paid at the machine, you don't need to insert your ticket on the way out. The barrier will open automatically. So clever with the plate recognition technology! Don't like their 60c surcharge for Tap and Go fee (Debit and Credit Cards) and Credit Card fee. Shouldn't it be like 1% (what the bank charges the merchant), and not 30% when it's 60c flat surcharge for the minimum $2 charge?
S. L.I always park in The Crossing great location BUT I pay with my Debit Card not credit card and I noted on the statement that Wilsons always add another 60 cents to the parking fee. Surely if you are paying the equivalent to cash there should not be a 60 cent fee added.

H. J.Great parking at affordable prices. It is my go to every time on in town as its pedestrian exit is in the middle of the shopping area. I can usually get a park right away.
