D.Lynda and Kevin were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Picked me up from railway station no charge. Unit was lovely, fabulous bathroom, great shower and really good price. Definitely would stay again. No hesitation in recommending.
P.Comfortable unit at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, our stay in July 2021, was at the same time as renovations were under way in an adjacent unit. The sound of powertools being used from 8am took the edge of an otherwise pleasant stay.
J.The unit was huge with 2 bedrooms (Queen and single in each) and it was noted that the couch was also convertible to a bed.
The bathroom was reasonably large and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water.
Kitchen was basic but more than adequate.
TV had the full "Sky TV" suite of channels
The unit was spotless and modern.
Management was very helpful and went beyond the norm to accommodate our needs.
Have also stayed in the associated "Gables" motel (next door) and found that also a very nice to stay when visiting Greymouth.

R.I start frequently for work. Well priced, clean and quiet. Excellent value for money. Owners are friendly and helpful. Rooms have good beds and new or near new bathrooms, some have spa baths (up to a full size spa). Couple of double bedroom units.

K.Very clean. Lovely bathroom and even though the toaster didnt work a new one was delivered in minutes. Gardens nice and very close to a good restaurant. Will stay again.
N.The room was spacious, clean, friendly staff, good location. Linda made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Bathroom toiletries, tea, coffee, etc, bikkies and milk. Would definitely come back!

B.Great stay! Rooms are very well appointed. Sky Television with more channels than other establishments in Greymouth. Good location near to Greymouth. Room servicing is flexible to customers needs. Provides information on where to place amenities should they be replaced the following day (e.g: towels and bathmats). Had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again or using other Asure franchise establishments around NZ.
