L. G. E.Very pleasant quiet campground, surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Laid-back, friendly atmosphere. Basic, but very adequate facilities. Very clean. Tennis court and fabulous playground for the children. Close to town.
C. G.We were there a bit after Christmas. Location is great which is why we went there. Nice grounds but they really squish people together. Facilities were dated and fairly clean. What stuck me the most is that we have stayed in much nicer places for the same or less.
A.We stopped in here on our way through to check out the playground. Its a wicked playground with something for kids of all ages, multiple climbing frames, swings, flying foxes, slides etc.
We checked out the campground too, its sheltered by a canopy of trees giving you a since of separation from town, but in reality all the conveniences of Greytown are a 10 minute walk away. There's a tennis court, swimming pool and facilities on site.
Will probably look to use this more in the future!
D. G.We have stayed a couple of times now. Great place to strike camp, swimming pool next door and and easy walk in to town. Good facilities and clean.
B. T.While the facilities are of an older age they are very clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and the camp is adjacent to the town swimming pool and within easy walking distance from the town centre. Recomended

C.Great campground, only intended to stay a few weeks while working nearby and instead stayed 4 months over lockdown and beyond. Great facilities and the owner was the best, couldn’t do enough to help. Thanks Ken!

Frypan, utensils and a pot provided as well as cutlery, plates and even wine glasses a small table and chairs.
Everything had been thought of including extra blankets.
A picnic table right outside the door with a sunshade.
The site itself is beautiful with mature trees all around and a swimming pool right next door and easy walk into town.

f.Friendly place, amicable owners. Well equipped clean kitchen. Owners please provide a community area to sit and read or write with power points to charge devices. Good value for money. I recommend this spot.
A. H.Enjoyed our stay at Greytown - the kitchen and toilet block is well looked after clean and fresh. It's the old clubhouse of the tennis club that was in the park, apparently, and is a great place to sit in the morning sun. There is a nice kids playground here, and apparently the place gets very busy in the summer. Had a good yarn with Colin, who looks after the place and is onsite.
A.Great place to camp. Older facilities, but lots of trees and shade. Excellent children's playground. Next door to public swimming pool. 5 mins walk to coffee and meals in town centre - via a short bush walk if you wish. Good local supermarket.
D.Great campground. Good facilities. Kitchen with most cooking needs. We were even able to bake muffins & cook a Sri lankan meal. Great playground on site for kids plus a swimming pool next door with lifeguards. A couple of mins walk from main Street of Good.

D. G.Just dropped in to charge my EV, but this is a good looking campsite! Far enough from SH2 to be quiet, close enough to town to walk to the many cafes and shops. Will come back and stop for a couple of nights soon!

Provides two communal buildings with kitchen, and toilets/showers. The main building also has the reception and a laundry.
G. M.Lovely small park with a cricket ground and pavilion, swimming pool, camping ground, croquet green and a regenerating Bush area. The park has lovely rows of lime and plain trees to commemorate fallen soldiers. No tea room unfortunately but the park is well worth a visit.
