Reviews of Minogue Park
T.Mostly a big open space featuring a dirty lake no good for swimming, and a patch of bush with scattered natural paths. A new fenced dog area has just opened. There is also a bike park is next door to a kids playground at the main entrance. Something for everyone here.
D.Ample field space for athletic enthusiast,
Great for walking dogs also a tap handy should your pet be thirsty.

C.Good for your family, ride your bike, go for a walk
K.It's brilliant. Huge spaces for walking your dog, can have them off lead but controlled. It's got adjacent areas for other activities. The information board at the entrance clearly marks the dog area. Plenty of room for lots of dogs to run & play.
C.There is a great playground here with a double flying fox, sand and water play, scooter track and BMX track. Lake Rotokaeo has a loop track around it with raised boardwalks part of the way around. The lake itself has many different species including birds, fish, invertebrates and more. There are public toilets close by and a water fountain at the playground.
K.Beautiful place to walk, enjoyable for adults and kids with a great BMX track.
J.Nice place, kids like the variety of activities and there's some shade protection. A carpark and a lake right next to it so gotta keep an eye on the kiddies though.
K.Nice park close by. Walking trails and places to explore. Near the water. Picnic tables and cool playground for the kids.
S.Kids love it here, they have bmx park next to a cool playground and scooter track that's also next to a pond
