Not a bad place to stay in Invercargill. The room was super basic, but it was clean. The shared kitchen and lounge are also clean and looked after. If all you need is a place to sleep, there’s no reason not to stay here. The staff watched our bags for the afternoon while we walked around Invercargill, which was nice.

Amazing little gem near the central city. CC was so accommodating and friendly! Could not recommend this place any higher. Great value for money. Best campground hands down!

Wonderful staff...very clean and secure campsite for such a central location...Thank you all for making our stay over the Christmas period so enjoyable...and looking after our home on wheels whilst we were away on Stewart and Ulva Islands...

Good clean camp, good hot showers. Friendly.

OK a bit dear. Not much space between motorhomes.. Grass spots limited most on stones. They sure pack em in. Ablution block popular. You could see owners were trying to keep the place in good order, new microwave and grannies old lounge suite. Lol. Code needed for toilet and kitchen. Not much privacy for snoring etc. 😂

Super friendly staff and they allow check in till late (I was around 8pm and other campgrounds were closed)! Everything was very clean and functional! They provide you with: a kitchen, a laundry (need 2 dollar coins), toilets and showers. I didn't have coins for the laundry and they charged my card for that and gave me enough coins. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is functional and in great condition. Having a few micro wave ovens is rare in campgrounds. I found there a lot of forks and spoons while in other campgrounds they usually lack. 7 minutes of hot water shower was a bless and you can prolong, but need to enter a code another time. Not a problem considering how much joy you have in a hot shower after days of traveling. As a bonus you can find there super big white cat which is very friendly and has so soft fur! You can pet the cat for hours but it is not allowed to feed him because he is very fat! Next time I will definitely choose this campground!

A little on the older side, but sites are reasonably spaced and the prices are good. Showers are decent (and free!) and enough that we didn't have any waits. Kitchen & bathroom area definitely clean. Easy walk to Queens Park & the city.

Place was nice enough. Slightly cold, but there's a heater provided. Didn't have the chance to use the kitchen facilities, but there's a timer on the shower, so you get 7 minutes of hot water or something. Only thing that really bothers me about the place is that women get a 1,5 minute warning before the water turns cold, and men only get 1. Why the difference..? :p Overall I would come again, but I'd remember a duvet - as there's an extra charge for those.

Really enjoyed a night's camping here, decent sized sites and good soft grass. Plenty of showers with (free) hot water, basins and toilets. Kitchen is a nice size and lots of common area seating. Staff were friendly and accommodating, helped us place a camper and tent in our group next to each other as opposed to parking separately. Within walking distance of shops, good for a stop over (not much to do in town unfortunately!)

This is a great campsite in a great location. Looks rough on the outside (I would definitely recommend they sort the outside fence out) but it's lovely inside. This campsite deserves 5 stars purely for the owner. We got locked out of the Tuatara lodge hostel (which is awful - don't book there!) after they messed up our booking. We nearly ended up sleeping on the street at midnight but I gave this campsite a call, and even though they had closed hours before, the manager/owner still let us in. He was in his pyjamas when we arrived and let us stay the night. It really helped us out and we really appreciated it! Facilities are decent (good showers/kitchen area) and the inside of the campsite is nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in the cabin bunk room. We weren't aware there were no blankets provided. Room had beds, a shelf,a small table no chairs. Kitchen was ok needed a pin to enter which on the 2nd day the pinpad wasn't working and not opening the door.Its also locked between certain hours so those of us that get up early (5am) and need to be on the road by 6am cant have breakfast/coffee before work.Also needed a pin to have a warm shower which after 7mins(less time for males) the water went cold and you would need to exit the shower walk over to the entry bathroom door enter the pin again and then enter back into the shower. Overall the stay was ok but for the amount we paided were expecting more.

Small, friendly camp. Some may find the system for using the showers a bit of a challenge but we enjoyed our stay and will use again

Me and my mother parked here with our campervan and where happily surprised. Bit hidden away close to a buzzy road but you don't really hear the traffic. Nice and small with good facilities. Needed a bit of time to figure out how the showers worked but eventually got hot water haha. Nice staff with some good recommendations about what we could do in town and around the area.

This is a small caravan park, that has it all. A family business, kept very neat and tidy, great location and a beautiful communal area which encourages guests to socialise with others. Came for 1 night, stayed 3. Highly recommended!

Great place for reasonable price. It may be a little run down, but the WiFi works fairly well (free 500 mb per person) and hot showers are included. Kitchen facilities and lounge are comfortable. Good stay

Rent an en suite cabin in this Holiday Park. The room was okay. The heater wasn't warm enough for the room. No electric blanket either, luckily we brought our own electric blanket, otherwise we would freeze. Facilities were standard, but kitchen was well equipped. Clean and tidy, but I think it was a bit too expensive compared to what we got.

We decided to stay here because Tourism Radio recommended it, it was central in the city and the couch to the Rakiura track could pick us up from here. We were greeted by Wendy and had a lovely welcome. They allowed us to leave our campervan connected to power while we were await for 2 nights at a low price. The camp itself isn't huge, but that's a good thing - it's not crowded. The kitchen is clean and filled with utensils, free to use. The showers are clean, standard size, but it is timed. You get 7.5 minutes of shower per day with a code. You 200MB WiFi access codes, one per person per night.

A nice and clean campground in the centre of the city. Not too much noise from the road. Staid 2 nights on our TA walk

Small, simple campground close to the city center. Supermarket Countdown and Liquorland are at walking distance. Good, clean camp kitchen and living area. Showers are free but on a timer (you get 7 minutes). Free wifi to 200 MB/day. Friendly staff. They have a grass area for tents, powered sites, some ensuite cabins, a cabin with bunk beds for groups. Checkout is at 10:30am.
