Pretty decent views and the birds are friendly too. The road to get here also has some pretty amazing places.

Definitely stop here on a good day before entering the tunnel. There are rough tracks up the mountain sides which are great for exploring. The kea are extremely inquisitive, so don't be surprised to find part of your window lining ripped off when you get back. They caused $800 worth of damage on the Audi, but I mean, what can you do apart from just watch and let them rip it apart? They're adorable.

Stunning sights right here!! You feel insignificant standing next to these giant mountains! Stop and take it all in, if you can (:

Driven by this place multiple times and still amazed by the amount of waterfalls you can see from here. I took many videos of the waterfalls but not sure how to upload them here. The Keas are really unafraid of humans but help to chase them off the roads for their own good!

This tunnel is the only road to milford but heyyy what a trip you camera is full after this trip.. spectacular scenery mirror lake snow on the alps just brilliant stunning views

Awesome place to take some pictures as this place is just breathtakingly beautiful. Keep an eye on the tunnel timing so that you don't keep anybody waiting.

You have to stop here. Sometimes there's snow/ice/glaciers by the waterfalls and you get to play or crawl inside the glaciers.

The small waterfalls flowing through the strange rock formations and the magnificent view of the majestic stone mountain were amazing. Personally, it was a nicer feeling than the Milford Sound.
