This is our third time staying at this motel. Clean and very spacious units. Excellent service. Location is superb. Highly recommend.

My room was well appointed, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. The website said that a continental breakfast was available in the mornings, but this was not the case. There is no onsite dining options but there are a number of restaurants that do a charge back to your room which is great.

Very quiet, down a cul de sac right beside Queen's Park. I loved hearing bell birds calling in the morning. Super clean and comfortable. Well appointed. We've booked to come back again upon our return to Invercargill.

The price was very very reasonable for the lovely clean but small 2 bed unit. This is a good location, with access to Queens Park out the back gate. On a quiet cul de sac Road in a nice area. I'm hoping to stay there again and explore the park and area more

Spacious units that were clean and very comfortable. Quiet location with good parking. Easy access to Queens Park and other places of interest in Invercargill.

Stayed one night. Very quiet as it is a property that is well back off the street. I found the room clean and tidy. Reasonable for the rate charged. It's a basic room, but suited me for the stay required away early next day. Owners were very polite and lovely service.

The room was very simple as expected based on the price we paid, but some basic quality was missing. We had a time available at night and was going to watch DVD and the owner rented us the DVD player which wasn't working. The kitchen was okay, but we lost power when we used cooking plate and boiling hot water with jug at the same time, a bit inconvenient.

This is an older style motel, however was excellent value for money. We had an upstairs studio. The stairs to the upper floor are very narrow so are not suited to anyone with mobility or balance issues. The walls between the rooms were not that soundproof – fortunately we were at one end so only had to listen to one bed banging again the wall. The wi-fi worked well, the room had average cleanliness so if you’re budget-minded this motel would be adequate.

The motel is well appointed, spacious, facilities all available, staff pleasant and helpful. The environment, beside Queen 's Park is delightful - bird calls all day long. Great for walking in. We are very happy we chose this motel.

Never been here. Google thinks that the Queen's Park Frisbee golf course is part of this motel I'm sure it's a fine and dandy motel Will most likely have Southern hospitality thrown in free

It is a very beautiful park and playground for kids. There are some trees which are very huge and ancient. This place has parking for disabled also. There is also a playground for water activities.

The unit was great. Soaked in the bath after 7 days tramping, luxury.Great for family stay as plenty of room.
