H. F.Great camp, Vicky found us a spot in the shade as it was 30 & 31 degrees on the first couple of days. Stayed 5 nights this is now our go to place in Napier 😎
C. O.Stayed here during the very first covid lockdown, owners were very friendly and accommodating to us in such an uncertain time. The full time residents at the park where also extremely friendly. Free WiFi and cheap showers, very close to the town. Does anyone know what radio station plays in the bathroom? Because we loved it.

K. T.Delightful welcoming committee in the form of Willow (a gorgeous gentle doggy behind the desk) and the staff. This pet-friendly camp is brightly decorated and well maintained. We had a lovely stay here and particularly loved the walks nearby.

We arrived after the office was closed, but their out of hours procedure couldn't have been easier we found our cabin quickly, and were pleased to see how lovely and clean it was. We particularly liked the partition between the bunks and double bed, giving some level of privacy. The ablutions block was old and tired, but served it's purpose, and was just as clean as the cabin.
F. M.Wonderful little camp, tidy and clean kitchen laundry and ablution blocks. We had a cabin with double bunk bed and kitchenette which is very cosy but I found the bed a little hard and could feel the bats through the mattress. But I could have asked for another mattress for on top. Otherwise very happy with our stay.
M. M.Great experience! 2min walk to meet the bus for #buble concert. Easy 7min walk to the beach but the freezer in our cabin took an unfortunate 2 days to freeze anything, rather than a couple of hrs. But overall- very happy 🤗
N. C.Reasonably priced, convenient outer Napier location. Perfectly good small campground. Very friendly manager. Toilet block clean but small, and you'll need 50c coins for shower. Water was hot. Pets allowed with good walking around wet lands or across road to pebbly beach. Off lead on beach. Don't expect to sleep in however, as trucks, trains and planes all ramp up from 5.30am onward!
D. M.This complex is situated well but very disapointed in the hike in price to stay for the Elton John concert. We have been going there for the past 10 years and with previous owners were great by letting us have the same units every year. We never let them down once plus they never put the rate up like the new people. I think loyalty should amount to something. We used to take up about 6 units. Gaurenteed money every year. And for the hike in price nothing much had changed in the rooms.
M. H.Real friendly and accommodating staff. Good working WiFi. Nice powered sites. Big kitchen and 2 BBQ stands but bring your own pots and pans. Clean toilet, only downside is need to pay 50cents for about 4mins of hot water.

S. T. T.This campsite is on and next to some busy roads, so you can expect some noise during the night. Much of the campsite appeared to be closed, (it was out of season). Despite that there was plenty of room and we were able park in a reasonable space.
The facilities for cooking, showers and laundry were a bit tired and could do with updating.
Its possible to walk into Napier from here, there are also bars and a restaurant nearby for those who don’t cook their own food.
Some reasonable walks around the estuary.
Wish that they had some ‘jump leads’ to start the van after I ended up with a flat battery. Thankfully a friendly camper took their battery out and started my engine.
L.Loved our cabin, self contained. Amenities were very clean & maintained. The owners very friendly. There was obviously enough cabins & sites to cater for all needs a stop over or long term.

J. S.Nice campground, lots of space since no one was around. Everything one would need. 0.50c for 4mins hot showers, water, nice kitchen/bbqs. WiFi couldn't quite reach the unpowered camp site. Plugs to charge your devices. It felt a bit like a caravan park, families, kids running around. Lots of things for kids to do, playgrounds. Not too far from the city center (5 min drive) and a short walk to the beach.
S. M.Late check in at 8 with no one at the office. Booked prior online otherwise no easy way to pay. Campsite was crowded with camper vans but no tents. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kind of pricey for the night, 17$ pp, but the facilities were reasonable and there is a kids area.
J. H.I stayed here over the Easter break 2014 and have to say this is one of the cleanest holiday parks I have stayed at. The room was spotless and had everything that you could need. The showers and the toilets were immaculate. I highly recommend Affordable Westshore Holiday Park Napier.
J. B.This is a decent holiday park with good amenities. The kitchen and toilet/shower facilities were fine with plenty of hot water (although showers are .50c for 4 mins) and there are plenty of powered sites for those in campervans.
It is on a the busy main road into Napier so possible a little noisier than some parks but this didn't hinder our sleep at all.

A. L.The place is really small and lovely. I would reccomend that if you want your own shower and bathroom to upgrade. It's not that much difference in price and is worth it.

G.I have a large trailite motorhome ,I needed somewhere to park for the night ,I drove in the office was closed but a note saying ,Hello park where you want will catch up in the morning ,enjoy your stay ,I found this as an act of good faith in human race ,the facilities were very clean every thing was in excellent condition ,I went over to the office next morning to register ,the attractive lady was having coffee and asked would I like one ,man best coffee I had had for a long time ,the owners of the camp made me and my wife very welcome ,we ended up staying for 5 days ,the rates were very good for a powered site .would recommend to all motor homers .aaaaaaaaaaaaa

O.(Translated) We live here a few months. Beautiful, cozy place and unobtrusive staff. There are all conditions for comfortable rest. Parking is large, there are stationary houses, as well as parking for caravans and cars. Many simply set up tents on green lawns. There is a kitchen where you can cook. Showers are, hot water 50 cents in 4 minutes. The motel is located in a convenient location at the fork of important roads. Close to the center. Nearby is the airport, within walking distance. There are many beautiful places around, two small bays and access to the main bay of Napier. There are bike paths for lovers of cycling. Beautiful nature, many birds, there are black swans, geese, ducks. We did not notice the noise from the nearest airport or passing by the motorway. In the end, this is only a temporary accommodation for travelers and there may be some inconvenience, as elsewhere. But after all, some people live here for several months or even years and are quite happy. Yes, there are problems with Wi-Fi, this is a minus. Owners of parking need to urgently resolve this issue. In other matters the price matches the quality. Cozy territory, near the bay, proximity to the center, beautiful nature, as well as friendly staff we really like! Thank!

Мы живём здесь несколько месяцев. Прекрасное, уютное место и ненавязчивый персонал. Имеются все условия для комфортного отдыха. Стоянка большая, есть стационарные домики, а также парковки для караванов и машин. Многие просто устанавливают палатки на зелёных лужайках. Есть кухня, где можно готовить еду. Душевые есть, горячая вода 50 центов за 4 минуты. Мотель находится в удобном месте, на развилке важных дорог. Близко к центру. Рядом находится аэропорт, можно дойти пешком. Вокруг много красивых мест, два небольших залива и выход к главному заливу Нейпира. Имеются велосипедные дорожки для любителей ездить на велопрогулки. Красивая природа, много птиц, есть чёрные лебеди, гуси, утки. Мы не замечали шум от ближайшего аэропорта или проходящей мимо автомобильной трассы. В конце концов, это лишь временное жилье для путешественников и возможны некоторые неудобства, как и везде. Но ведь некоторые люди живут здесь по несколько месяцев или даже лет и вполне довольны. Да, есть проблемы с Wi-Fi, это минус. Хозяевам стоянки необходимо срочно решать этот вопрос. В остальных вопросах цена соответствует качеству. Уютная территория, рядом залив, близость к центру, красивая природа, а также доброжелательный персонал нам очень нравятся! Спасибо!
