Nice park, we only had a problem with the shower. The water temperature was impossible to regulate. It went from extreme hot to extreme cold within seconds for no apparent reason Staff was friendly and very helpful. Cabin was not vacuumed, but towels and tea - coffee replaced and replenished daily Would recommend Public toilets and showers were clean and convenient Queens bed comfortable Bedding soft and clean Multitudes of pillows Small fridge was another irk Very powerful And froze all our veges Overall 8 out of 10

Great! Very tidy facilities, lovely showers and large shower cubicles. Good price for washers and dryers (some we have come across have been horrendous), nice site, although some more shade would have been good. Jumping pillow and shaded playground for the kids, LOVED the shuttle to QTown, what a great service!

Stayed 12/12 to 14/12 in our van, absolutely loved this stay! Clean and well maintained facilities, everything you need for self-contained units, cutest little common area! Friendly staff and perfect location. I would recommend this place to everyone, can't wait to stay again in the future.

Great cabin for a 2 night stay including shower & toilet. Staff were excellent, including the courtesy van driver cheers😁

We stayed two nights in our hired camper van. Could not believe the hospitality and cleanliness of the facilities. No request was too much bother. All the staff was super helpful and recommended the Cargo restaurant for dinner which fulfilled all expectations and more for a cozy atmosphere tasty food and excellent service. We were even kindly shuttled up there and picked up when we called. Would return in a heartbeat if we get the chance. Many thanks to all Sandie and Kevin Lee

We stayed in a One Bedroom, which was lovely and modern, with stunning views. Fully Self contained with full kitchen facilities, own bathroom, TV/DVD, Queen bed in lounge/dining area and 2 sets of bunks in the bedroom. Location is a little bit further away from town, but not too bad, as it is quite. I would recommend Top 10 Queenstown

Fabulous place to stay. Staff are amazing. We had a large family gathering and it was so easy to book and stay there. Rooms are great. Between us we had 1 x 2 motel, 2 x 1 bedroom motels and 2 x self contained units. Everyone was very pleased with their accommodation. Booked again for later in the year.

Solid holiday park. Really nice touches and the staff are awesome. You really hit the jackpot when there's zero children here. Rides to town (yep no messing with that single lane bridge). Showers and a $15 hot pool. Bonus rainbows across the mountain too. Edit: shout out to the amazing staff. Super meeting you and thank you for keeping the place ship shape. During our holiday we've stayed at several Top 10s and this one is THE BEST! Lovely heated bathrooms with monsoon shower heads, lovely hot tub with views out to the hills, plus lots of little things that make staying easier (tea towels, dishclothes, dishwashing liquid, washing baskets )

Had an awesome experience. We booked a powered site. The facilities are tidy and clean. The very friendly staff/management were very awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved this accommodation. Would recommend it to everyone. Clean, and comfy. Neat play ground for kids. Walking distance to Shotover jet and the canyon restaurant. Out of the city with beautiful views.

We stayed in a powered site for campervan. This includes a charging point for E-vehicles. Beautiful location right by the Shotover river. A bit out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown while still being accessible including the Top 10 shuttle which they run frequently in and out of the city. Facilities were great; spacious, modern, and clean bathrooms. Free to use. This includes one ramp-access disability toilet. Good rubbish facilities and dump station for campers. Very friendly staff.

Would definitely stay there again! To start with, the receptionist was phenomenal, she was so helpful with everything, yet didn't push anything upon us. She was very friendly and professional at the same time. In addition, they offer shuttle bus services to town and back, so you don't even have to worry about parking in the town centre! Furthermore, the room we had was neat and tidy, all the facilities were decent and the bed was comfy!

We used the campsite for our Camper on 11th of August. Even though we reached there after hours for the reception the emergency intercom facility helped us to reach the staff and he came out with a smile and sorted a Camper slot for us. Thanks mate! The toilets and showers were super clean. I could say $25 paid per person is worth.

I stayed in the rata lodge which was very clean but is probably a tad "tired looking " having seen some photos of some of their other accommodation. The staff at reception and those who drive their courtesy shuttle are fantastic. I have never experienced better service at any other motel or caravan park 👍🙂👌👏

We stayed over at quite an idyllic time, right when the snow came down and transformed everything into a winter wonderland. Stayed in a one bedroom motel, providing a great view of the snow capped mountains over breakfast. Good overall facilities in park, well located and friendly staff.

Stayed in one of the one bedroom cabins (4 sets of bunks in the bedroom, large bed in the "studio" part of the apartment). Actually a very liveable space. Great for our family of 5. Well appointed, warm (we saw November snow and were vet comfortable) and modern/updated cabins. A bit of wear and tear in tricky corners, but only perfectionists will notice. One criticism is that they only have one high chair on site. A pleasant drive out of Queenstown (there's also a shuttle) and we really preferred it to the tourist trap of QT itself. Arthur's Point is lovely. There's a range of accommodation options. There's a large communal kitchen/dining area on site for the camping types. Nice fireplace there, too. Nice staff. Recommended.

A great stay. Our family of 5 booked a cabin, with ensuite, for a few nights. Clean, comfortable and warm! Shared kitchen facilities excellent, microwave and fridge in our cabin. Fun kids playground. Staff super helpful and able to recommend/book various activities in town. Courtesy bus into Queenstown was helpful. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay, lovely location and loved the shuttle service and cleanliness. Disappointed that the WiFi wasn't working however (not due to user error), and that the hot tub was literally not available, like a Clayton's hot tub. Easy for both these to be fixed.

Together with fox top10 the best we've visited. And we visited a lot during our 6 month travels. Staff really friendly and the shuttle bus to town is such a nice feature to have. Leave the camper and still go to town. Really nice! Amenities are clean and warm and they don't close the kitchen while cleaning. A big plus when you stay several days. Big tv/lounge area with wood fire place. Only thing missing are cleaning clothes in the kitchen to wipe your counter.

Best shower and toilet facilities ever experienced at a holiday park, if that sort of thing appeals to you after a day skiing, which it does for me. Or powered sure was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. Our friend's cabin was warm and cozy with ideal facilities for two and shower to entertain two more. But seriously, the shower was amazing

The staff was the best, very helpful even help book ferry crossing and next top 10 to stay at. Showers were very hot no time limit. All areas were clean and nice. Told us about member card and help work out problem with login. Nice hot tub and private. Camper van parking on gravel slip plenty of room. There was a little road noise next to fence but not bad. WIFI was good, but a little slow at times. One of the best stays we were at. Definitely would stay there again.

Free shuttle bus into town was a big plus considering it is slightly out of town. The rooms are decently sized however I found that when they "cleaned" the room during the day, they didn't make the bed. Just replaced the towels. Which at every other hotel Ive stayed at they have at least made the bed. Friendly staff and overall would recommend.

A great little holiday park, offering good quality budget accommodation, outside the hussle and bustle of the busy town centre. Facilities are good and clean, scenery around the park is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend using the hot pool, especially after a long hike! We did have an issue in the ensuite bathroom of our family room that required the attention of a plumber - we reported this to reception who dealt with the problem straight away by moving/upgrading us to a better family unit. Great customer service. Thank you to all the great staff at Queenstown Top 10 holiday park.

We loved our stay at the Top 10 Queenstown. We loved its location as we got to see a part of Queenstown that we had missed last time we came and stayed nearer to the lake. They offer free shuttles, but we had a rental car and although the resort is 7km from the town we didn't find the drive an issue. We were concerned that parking in town would be a pain and expensive, but we found quite a bit of free parking close to the town. The cooking facilities in the room was nice and there were nice finishing touches like complimentary milk, coffee and tea. It is a well run resort.

Very nice holiday park with plenty of powered sites for campers. Stunning views of mountains from all sides. A little far from Queenstown but they run a free shuttle nearly every hour from 9am until 7:30pm (7:45 last pickup from Queenstown). You get 1gb free WiFi per day and if you are a top10 member (well worth becoming a member as you get loads of perks and 15% off of the iter islander ferry with 10% off all on board purchases, that alone covers the cost of the membership and 10% off all top10 parks will save you heaps if you stay at a few of them like we have. I think so far we have saved about $100 in total since arriving in nz) then you get an extra 5gb too (only one though so if you staying more than 1 night and are looking to get a little extra then you could be cheeky and book separately for each day so you get 6gb per day but that would mean leaving the site and returning later) 😂 the showers are fantastic and the bathrooms are lovely and clean. The laundry is $4 for the washers and $4 for the dryers but you get an hour drying cycle so it should get things dry (unlike a lot of campsite drying machines)! There are 2 tvs in the kitchen/diner/chill out area with lots of sofas and a separate movie room. The kitchen is large enough with about 14 hobs, instant boiling water, toaster, 2 microwaves etc. There are 4 fridge freezers including one for free stuff left by other guests. I didn't use the hot tub but if I stay again I am sure to (quite pricey though at $15/half hour) the area around the site is beautiful with the shot over jet within a short walking distance. The staff are very friendly and will gladly help you out with any local information and tour/activity booking. I highly recommend this place!

The park is away from the center of Queenstown around 10 minutes drive. But the advantage is the environment here is quiet, facilities are clean and tidy, staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay much.

This is a very nice park. It does seem a little small but if your in any popular park in NZ that is the case as good parks are all full. Great bathrooms, good wifi, and so forth. Only complaint would be that it's 10 minutes to town. They combat this nicely by providing a free hourly shuttle. More frequent in summer I think.

We had an ensuite bathroom cabin and compared to other top tens I would say it was the smallest and most out of date. It was still comfortable but I think for the money charged it's in need of a refurb. Staff were all very helpful though and it also runs a shuttle service into town for free which is very convenient

Stayed in the lodge rooms (with ensuite). Older rooms but clean and warm. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen hobs are a bit crammed up together, but good otherwise.

Had such a wonderful stay! The facilities are very clean and spacious, the campsites are level for tents and the powered sites have plenty of room for your van. Best part about the park though is the staff. Elsa, Magda, and Lizzie helped us the most while we were there. Incredibly knowledgable and kind. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us! We stayed at many Top 10's across the north and south island, but this was by far our favourite!

Really nice camping site, position isn't exactly close to Queenstown center, but thanks to the shuttle bus it's not such a big deal. Smaller than most other TOP 10 but with splendid modern facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. The grounds would be 4/4.5 stars however if you're in a tent this is too pricey. you're very limited in Queenstown so you're forced to pay $55 for a couple for a tent spot which is in a designated pitch among 5 other people, so pretty cramped. You have to pay for the use of pots and pans in the kitchen, you pay for the use of the hot pools if you aren't a Holiday top 10 member. Appreciate this is Queenstown but in actual fact it is 5km from the centre. They put on a free shuttle to town but most people staying here have cars or campers I'd rather be able to use kitchen facilities for free. Very well kept facilities but overpriced for tenters and very busy.

This was our last stop before going home. Love it as the room we booked has an en suite bathroom! Everyone screamed in excitement after days of walking out to the common bathroom in the middle of freezing nights in other holiday parks. Very friendly receptionist too. Gave very good advice of where to eat and what to do in Queenstown.

Very nice Top 10, all the facilities, great showers, hot tube. The site is small and still quiet, so book ahead. They have a free shuttle service into town and very helpful staff.

Really nice campsite. As the rest of Queenstown it is quite expensive. But it's still nice: facilities are big and clean, staff is super friendly! Town centre isn't too far away, you still need to drive by car though. If you don't want to drive into town by car you can book a shuttle

Great location amongst mountains. It’s a little out of town so u will need transport or use the free shuttle. We used powered site and found kids facilities and everything else clean and new. Staff were very friendly.

The most expensive Top 10 I've stayed at yet, but it's in Queenstown, so go figure. The facilities are excellent. Showers/bathrooms are clean, there is a laundry room and a dryer room. The communal kitchen is very good as well.

I really enjoyed this holiday park. All the amenities are nice and you are given plenty of space for your campervan. The only down side is it's a long walk to town however they do offer a free shuttle to town which just needs to be booked in advance.

We discussed before we came to Queenstown if to take a cheaper campsite or this one. But we are glad to have chosen this one. Facilities are the best we had in NZ campgrounds so far. Warm and big kitchen, and warm toilet and warm shower facility! Yeeha.

We camped here for two nights ($52 for two people at un-powered site, with 500MB WiFi data per night) in mid Qct. The place was a little bit crowded with campervans (except the camp site area). The kitchen was spacious and clean; but you need to have your own cookwares or need to hire ones from them. The bathroom was clean, with unlimited hot shower. Even though the place isn't located in Queenstown, they provided free shuttle to Queenstown center, which was quite convenient (no need to find parking place). In general, it's a good place to stay.

We stayed here for several nights while in Queenstown and had a good stay. It isn't the biggest site so you should book in advance to avoid disappointment. Located about 6km out of town, with the Shotover River and Jet just a few hundred metres down the road it's in a great spot. Quiet at night but not too far to be out of the way. All the usual facilities you'd expect from a Top 10, and with friendly staff. They run daily free shuttle buses in to town which was really useful too.

Excellent front end facilities but cabin lacked good care, it was oldish and no thought to any details, such a contrast from the superb front end. Awesome spa there. Staff happy to book experiences for you - super helpful.

The sites are a bit small and sticked together. The facilities are very modern and new and clean. And also heated. The Queenstown Top 10 is 5 km beyond Queenstown. The prices are a bit higher, but it's also more luxury. Make sure you call them before you visit them, make a reservation.

Superb camper park with an enormous amount of facilities. Even a large TV room and integrated kitchen and dinner room with a fire place which made it nice and warm. Also has a clothing drying room and separate TV room. Unique Location is a bit out of town but only a short drive. And you want to drive anyways most of the days

Location is a bit far from the town. 1 hour and 30mins walking distance, 17mins of drive. However they do provide free shuttle service to town but the latest is around 730pm So you will need to get a uber or taxi for that. The cost will be around 25NZD. Other than the location is all good. The facilities is great. The kitchen utilities are a lot. The view up here is amazing. And they have playing ground as well.

Quite a nice new park to spend a couple days in. Only reservation I have is why not have family friendly showers and toilets. We had our 5 month old new born and we have spend time at numerous other top10 holiday parks that provided family friendly bathrooms especially a bath for the little ones, as this is quite difficult with a baby.

WOW! Just utterly beautiful. Enjoyed our stay here, loved waking up in the morning to the beautiful surroundings. Great and spacious facilites! Staff were just fabulous, would highly recommend this Park.

We travelled from the north island to the south for to Queenstown and this was probably the most convenient one park for us at a reasonable rate (we are in a Maui 6birth) **no free camping either so with kids this was our best option. Very clean shower and toilet blocks. Hot pools are available - these were so good kids loved it. Big jumping pillow, playground and you can hire out little bike thing a for the kids to $10 for an hour. Downfall was the parking bays for the RVs were very tight we witnessed a few vans crashing into planters, rocks. Overall awesome stay highly recommend

Brilliant. One of the higher end sites on price, but showers were brilliant and the living room/dining room were excellent. It's been a cold few days and sitting by the fire with a view of a snow covered hill for the evening was very welcome!

Spacious for 4 people. One bedroom with double bed and and second bedroom with 4 bunk beds. Open plan kitchen with dining table. Enough comfortable seating in the lounge. Television available. However there's a wifi limit of 500mb per day-not enough for 3 foreigners.

The best top 10 I've ever stayed in, excellent spa, the cabins warm clean and everything supplied, great playground for the kids. Great facilities!

Amazing views at the mountains. Very clean and organized very helpful and friendly stuff. But four dollar for washing machine and another four for the dryer is a real rip off. Your clothes get not even cleaned properly.

It is hard to get trough on the phone even during the off season, as it is a popular place due to its proximity to Queenstown. Don't book on your phone, it won't let you skip the membership option. Very helpful staff (Nina, what a champ), helped out even though I was not arriving until 10.30 pm, by leaving a map with my booked spot for me. Prices are not bad for Queenstown, and they do have very nice facilities. After Rivendell, my second most favourite resting spot.

This place is very quickly out of rooms, you have to be early. It's also a pretty expensive place and far away from the centre of Queenstown. The bathrooms are amazing, except the one in the lodges. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Great Holiday Park with clean facilities. Save yourself the hassle of searching for parking in Queenstown, the Holiday park offers a free shuttle into the City, just let them know when you want to go and when you would like to return. Great front desk staff which saved our night by checking us in after arriving late.

We stayed in Cabin number six, my husband, daughter and myself, the room was amazing and clean, daily serviced for us, I would like to thank Cameron who was our main reception guy for the remainder of our stay he was very accommodating to our needs, I ended up becoming a member for a great price and utilized the offers that I was given while there, we used the hot pool which was amazing after playing in the snow all day, my daughter loved the bikes and the playground, I myself liked the laundry as we did washing every day. We loved our stay, our warm room, our comfy beds and regularly serviced rooms. I see everyone in the reviews have had a whinge about the distance the park is from town well I love where the park is you can either go both ways, Arrowtown or Queenstown, if it is such a pain for you to be so far from a town then make sure you google map before choosing your accommodation. PLEASE REMEMBER VISITORS!!!! The speed limit is 10km and there are some people who were not doing that and wondered why I yelled at them THERE ARE CHILDREN PLAYING!!! The courtesy van is an awesome service and used by us as well. I again like to Thank you all for our amazing stay we were comfy and warm we will be using again and at all other Top 10 PARKS

The location of the park is 13 km away from Queenstown it would be more handy if you drive to town instead of taking the hourly bus service to town. It's a catch 22 situation as you will have to pay for pay and display parking in town ranging from $2 to $4 per hour depending how close you park around the city, but it would be free after 1800 . In general the park is clean and staff and guests are friendly , we have a comfortable 2 nights stay

One of the best (if not the Best) Top 10 parks we have stayed at so far. Everything "top level". Staff at reception extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed at Lakeview Park, Queenstown a week ago to be in town centre. - what a mistake. Now that is the WORST site we have used here in NZ. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Queenstown again than Shotover Top 10. THEY PROVIDE COURTESY SHUTTLES INTO THE CENTRE AS WELL.

We stayed in the fully equipped family apartment. Really clean and modern and very comfortable. It's the perfect place to stay if you have a family and you want to visit Queenstown. Great value and highly recommended!

Clean facilities but limited kitchen utensil unless you stay in the motel rooms. If you camp, caravan or stay in their lodge have to bring own kitchen utensils. Clean toilets and showers. Wifi 250mg so limited but also poor reception in the valley. Need to use it with care. Reception staff had a bit of attitude but ground staff were friendly

Probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in in any sort of hotel/motel/holiday park, which was great. Had a standard cabin which was a good size, showers had plenty of hot water, kitchen facilities were large and the place was very clean. Will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely place, amazing facilities. Definately a travellers paradise. Everything is available in the room from cutlery to cooking utensils,rice cooker, oven. Very well maintained place. Very polite staff. My family had an amazing stay in this place.

I stayed in campsite for two nights, the kitchen and shower are very clean. The staffs are friendly. And it has free shuttle bus service, which is very convenient for anyone who want to go to Queenstown CBD.

Lovely clean quiet place with friendly support staff!!! The bathrooms and toilets were the best I've come across. The kitchen and rest area were warm, well equipped...all in all a great place to stop if you're in a campervan!

We stayed in the 8 birth cabin and the quality of the fixtures and the cabin it self were top notch we were blown away with the price we will never stay anywhere else when we visit Queenstown again also the view was of the mountains were amazing!!

Great location. Inbetween queenstown centre and Arrowtown. Basic cabin was enough for the 3 nights and myself and son. Anymore peeps and I believe it would have been crowded. Good cooking facilities but need more microwaves 😆 value fir money

Great place for the price. They must have changed the wifi is other people are expecting too much -it's worked great the whole time once you logged in each day, for email, maps, Facebook, YouTube, anything we tried. I removed a star for two small issues: our "kitchenette" didn't have a sink, and was at the opposite end of the park from the shared kitchen facilities, so we had to lug everything across the park and back each day. Our kettle also had some grit/yuckies inside that were impossible to clean, but we just heated water in the microwave. We had a feline visitor most days of our stay. Friendly, but not into pats

Loved it here! The owner came up to us as we were setting up and moved us to a better site to accommodate us better. Nice showers, kitchen, picnic tables on sites, friendly staff. The owner also gave us some tips on places to park while we hiked Queenstown Hill. Great experience.

The place is clean. Sadly we book a cabin with shared bathroom for 3 people but it was super crampy. Overall the facility is great. The cabin however was too small for 3 ppl.

We were staying in the self-contained unit at Shotover Top 10 Holiday Park. The unit was not big, but we didn't require a lot of space, because we just spend time at night there. Service was excellent. We discovered a faulty shower when we arrived and were offered a transfer into a different unit without any problems. We didn't have our own transport and needed to use a bus to travel to Queenstown or to Coronet Peak. People who work there are very responsive and helped us with all our requests. I will definitely stay there when I am next in NZ near Coronet Peak.

The cabin was beautiful, small, but had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean, heated and close to the cabin. We checked in with no problems and it is only a short drive into the heart of Queenstown.

Loved being able to refresh and relax at this site! Not to mention cooking in a real kitchen after a week on our camper van stove. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere!

We stayed in queenstown top10 holiday park for 4 nights. Dont come here with the expectation of any views. Fairly busy powered site but the facilities were very clean..conveniently located at tthe edge of the city centre short walk to the center . Pretty economical.

Large communal kitchen, comfy sofas. Good rooms. Located outside Queenstown so you'd need a car or use their free shuttle.

Great location not that far out of town with beautiful views of the mountains. All Queenstown accommodation is expensive so this is dearer than your usual park elsewhere in NZ however the facilities are very new and well maintained.

Tidy, nice spot, good facilitation, little harsh though to arrange an extra couple of hours staying there, especially during the marathon weekend! This is unlike other Top10holiday parks.

Kitchen didn't have the normal knives (just had the ones used to cut bread) 2. Kids room were not cleaned as part of daily room service 3. Microwave is placed on top of the fridge which is not so easy to reach if you are not tall 4. Bathroom door was but dodgy and was not easy to slide in or out 5. Rubbish bin in the room was too small 6. One of the bunk bed in the kids room was bit wobbly

Toilets are at another side of kitchen, have to make a big round or thru kitchen. But the kitchen is great, you can get lots of free foods and cooking materials.

Quiet resort on the outskirts of town. They have a shuttle that takes you to town so you dont have to worry about trying to find a parking spot or paying $4/hour to park.

We're going through remodeling so some features were not so great but the common kitchen area was nice and the views of the mountains are pretty. Just out of town from Queenstown so close but not in town.

Good Place we had a great time

This is a great holiday park. Have stayed twice, once on a powered site and once in a cabin, and both times have loved it. Reception is friendly, the free shuttle into town is great and the facilities are really nice and well maintained. Everything looks new. It's quite a small park which is good, means you're never fighting for access to facilities. And, because it's out of town, it's lovely and quiet. Stunning view up at the mountains.

The place is about 5km away from Queenstown and therefore also in a quiet location. There is a bus transfer at fixed times to Queenstown and also back offered with max. 10 people per trip. Every hour is driven once. (Original) Schöner Platz mit etwas engen Stellplätzen aber schön eben. Sehr gute sanitäre Ausstattung. Einzige Essensmöglichkeit ist eine Brewery ca. 500m entfernt aber mit deutlichem Höhenunterschied. Der Platz ist ca. 5km von Queenstown entfernt und dadurch auch in ruhiger Lage. Es wird ein Bustransfer zu festen Zeiten nach Queenstown und auch wieder zurück geboten mit max. 10 Personen pro Fahrt. Jede Stunde wird einmal gefahren.
