Andrew motivates his clients and keeps across what is trending in the fitness world. He runs both group sessions as well as one on one and is great at both.
S.Andrew is a great personal trainer here in Auckland. Great engagement in the one-on-one sessions with a lot of work on good form and fixing bad habits. Excellent personalised training plan for building lean muscle and getting stronger. Great results so far. Would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking to get results.
