K.I have been training with Adam for 11 months now and the results are absolutely incredible. I have lost 30 kgs and gone from a size 18 to a size 10 in the time I have been with him. K.Adam is a passionate, highly trained PT full of knowledge! His specialty is weight loss and he goes above and beyond to help his clients reach their goals. Every session is fun and different. He helps with meal plans and nutritional guidance and educates you on how to keep the weight off!
M.Adam is such a genuine and friendly guy, he put me at ease immediately and I started what was supposed to be a 3 month plan. I'm still working out with Adam nearly 2 years later! He helps me keep on track with my nutrition and the variety in workouts keeps me motivated and seeing progress.
