I joined Shane's online zoom body workouts at the start of this lockdown and am already feeling much stronger. They're really good body workouts for all levels and I like how we are shown the modifiers for the harder moves. I highly recommend this place and even better if you live in the area and can get to the outdoor bootcamps which I hope to do one day.

Shane has been working with me to improve my over all fitness since January 2021. I had been battling, on and off, with a lower back pain and achy knees. His focus on my posture and guided exercise has made a difference in strengthening my lower back and knees.
I really appreciate how thoughtful and considered he is in helping me push myself to do that little bit more to get stronger and more fit.

Shane @ Body Fit has been working with us since August and the results have been incredible. Shane is a fantastic trainer, he is so encouraging and celebrates the achievements with you. We like that we have 2 on 1 training with Shane rather than being in a large Gym as we get his focused attention. Shane took the time to work out what it was that we wanted to achieve and has supported us on that journey. We are also impressed with how reasonable the cost was for the 2 of us. BodyFit group training sessions feature most of the perks of 1 on 1 personal training at a fraction of the cost. My partner and I thoroughly enjoy the workouts - they are hard enough to push us to our limits, yet Shane the instructor will encourage you to take a break & breathe if something is too tricky, or will cater each exercise to your particular fitness level. We are all different shapes, sizes & fitness levels which is awesome - zero intimidation here! Shane is very knowledgeable on posture & form and we come away from the sessions feeling tuckered out but without complaining joints. A super positive, informative, supportive environment that we will likely attend for years to come.

My wife and I have been having personal training sessions with Shane on and off over several years and can thoroughly recommend his business and approach. Shane has a great set-up at his gym facility but is equally helpful around setting up a programme we could use in our own time at our own home or when travelling. It is great value and we get fantastic, positive support.

Training with Shane is great because he can tailor his approach to suit all circumstances and goals. He has a huge variety of equipment to work with, provides expert guidance and support, and gives me the push I need when I need it. I've trained with Shane in the studio in a one-on-one and pairs environment, and have found it to be a very controlled and rewarding return to exercise after having a baby.

Shane deserves more than 5 Stars!! I would highly recommend as a personal trainer! He has excellent knowledge, understanding, experience, and great and fun to work with.
After starting out with zero experience and no fitness level, it was very difficult for me to know where to begin. Shane made me feel very comfortable and supported me through each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct and keeps the session’s fun and interesting. He knows when to ramp it up, or work to my energy level on the day.
I have been working with Shane for a few months and have seen continuous improvements in health, fitness and overall strength.

Shane is a fantastic and encouraging coach. I have heaps of health issues and Shane is always supportive in pushing me to achieve. The classes he runs are great for all types of fitness and Shane works hard to make sure the exercises are the perfect balance of challenging and achievable. Classes include boxing, circuits and the personal trainer experience in the studio. Would definitely recommend Body Fit to anyone!

Shane is an amazing personal trainer with a passion for getting people to achieve their best. His bootcamps and studio sessions work for all fitness levels and are heaps of fun. Shane is a great trainer. He really motivates people and you are challenged but feel supported at the same time. He has created a great atmosphere among the bootcamp team, Shane explains the exercises well and every session is different so it never gets boring.

Shane is amazing, dedicated and really knowledgeable. Apart from fun and challenging sessions, he leads a great environment for all, has the unique ability to adapt to levels of fitness but in my case also able to incorporate and help when you are in recovery or rehab. Not many can adjust training well within a group scenario when you are in rehab and still cater for everyone. Come and join us or value his skills in one on one training session.

Shane is a fantastic coach who not only motivates you to reach your highest potential but also has an in-depth knowledge of the body alignment, muscle work and anatomy. He tailored an exercise plan for my shoulder's pain and other parts of my body. He literally fixed my frozen shoulder in 10min. I strongly recommend him if you are after a motivated coach but also someone whose has a great understanding of anatomy and stretching.

I joined Shane's bootcamp sessions about a year ago just to complement cycling, then did some studio sessions. I soon found I was getting stronger in ways I didn't expect. I've never been flexible and thought it didn't matter but Shane knew better. My range of movement and strength has surreptitiously increased making everyday tasks, like climbing stairs, painting, gardening easier, and to a surprising extent. I climbed a tree the other day to cut branches away from a power line. I'd never have done that a year ago. My posture's better. A couple of times now I've tapped my head going through a low doorway that I never touched before. I think I'm actually taller! Shane is the best and smartest fitness coach I've ever seen. Ian Parkes

I really enjoy Shane's training sessions. I attend both the studio sessions as well as the outdoor ones and I love them both. Shane always pushes us to do our best and there's also something new and exciting to look forward to each week - different circuits, working different muscles, using all different kinds of equipment. Been coming to the Body fit boot camps for about 18 months now and it has been great. Shane is great at motivating you plus the group classes also help with motivation. No two classes are ever quite the same and is great to do different challenges. Being able to do classes outside is also a benefit. Would recommend to anybody.

I joined Bodyfit July 2017, was 98kgs and very unfit.
Almost a year later i have lost 15kgs and have never felt better. I am starting to notice a big difference im my fitness.

I went to Shane to find relief from shoulder pain and then get fit. He’s meticulous in choosing the right training, very encouraging when progress sometimes plateaus. I don’t have shoulder pain any more and I’m in much better shape than I’ve been in a long time
