Have been training with Chantelle for a few months now and over lockdown. She has been really amazing at guiding me through the workouts and form even over Zoom! She keeps the workouts challenging but doable, and I have been able to increase my strength levels. Coming from yo-yoing with different exercise methods, workouts with Chantelle have gotten me into a routine! Would definitely recommend her and can't wait to get back to working out in the gym :)

I have been training with Chantelle for almost three years. When I started with her my goals were to lose weight, correct lower back pain, and feel good about my body.
We have achieved all of that and more. My posture has drastically improved and with that my back pain is gone. I have lost over 15kg and have built strength and endurance I didn’t know I was capable of. We have also made incredible headway in regards to my relationship with food. We frequently change up my workouts to keep things exciting while always keeping my yearly goals in mind.
Chantelle has pushed me hard but with generous support and care. She’s amazing!

I've been training with Chantelle for over 2 years now, and I have never been a person who's big on sports or exercise! Her positive attitude is what keeps me going back to every session, she pushes me to exactly the point that I'm still having fun but also challenging myself. She's incredibly attentive, and knows exactly when I need a break or a change, and has always been willing to learn new things so that I can explore different aspects of training that interest me. Even when I couldn't see her in person, our virtual training sessions have featured the same level of care and challenge that I've come to expect.
I've gained an incredible amount of strength and discipline, and while I'm proud of what I've achieved, I know I couldn't have done it without her help. I can confidently and enthusiastically recommend Chantelle as a personal trainer.

Chantelle is an amazing person and trainer. I had regular sessions with her for nearly 2 years and I enjoyed every one. I am not a natural exerciser and before most sessions I never felt like going. However, by the end I was really happy that I had made the effort as she really is very lovely and effective as a fitness coach. This came me coming back.
My aim had been to train for fitness but in actual fact the best and unexpected benefit was the mental well-being that came from the regular exercise with Chantelle. I ended up valuing the mental uplift more than body shape. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her. My partner also trained with her and liked how she tailored her sessions for his injuries. He also enjoyed his sessions.

CM fitness tailored a program to suit my needs and goals. Also works around any of my injuries (if any). She always gets feedback and listens to my body to see how it's responding to workouts and different intensities to prevent overdoing it. The studio has everything I need. Clean, modern and happy environment. Online sessions are also excellent. Recommended
