A.Coached by Shan is an such an AMAZING experience I have never felt so loved, cared for and appreciated by one person in my life. Shannon has turned my life around. She has helped me with my mental health, physical health and nutritional health.
Shan is such a beautiful and nurturing coach with SO much experience. Ive just finished my first twelve week 1:1 coaching and I have absolutely no regrets at all, I have just started my second block. Ive found my person and I am never leaving Shan. I absolutely adore you and everything you've done for me xx

Right from the start she had such great communication and welcomed me in with open arms. The community Shan has created is so supportive and even though you do not meet most of them, it feels like you have heaps of girls hyping you up and supporting you.
I never feel judged by Shan and you know she just wants the best for not only your physical health but your mental health too which is what stood out to me when I decided to join CBS.
In 11 weeks (most of it in a lockdown with amazing home workouts) I have changed shape drastically and have lost 6.2kg while still eating all the foods I love.

H.I started coaching and training with Shannon after suffering years of back and nerve pain from a spinal disease and related injuries. After reaching the end of the road within the medical realm, Shannon has been my saving grace! She is highly educated on the human body and personalises all training to meet your individual needs. Shannon has helped me grow a strong body to support my spine and as a result my pain has been better than it has been in 12 years. Throughout the process Shannon has inspired a passion for health and fitness in me and continues to uplift and challenge all her girls in the most supportive and positive way, I could not recommend her enough.
M.Shannon is so kind , caring and helps you achieve your goals and supports you all the way!! Her programme is so easy to follow and she guides you through every step. It’s been really helpful. I’m still new to it all but I’m Really looking forward to the rest of the 8 weeks with her!
