Look no further, you have found the best personal trainer in Auckland. Aaron’s wealth of knowledge, experience and attention to detail gives him the ability to tailor a unique programme perfect for any individual. Aaron creates a workout environment that is motivating and challenging yet fun.
My father really appreciated the way Aaron managed his workout programme, with consideration for age and general fitness, along with the additional bonus of Dad’s favourite music played during his PT sessions.
We were most impressed with Aaron’s professionalism, and would thoroughly recommend him.

Okay. So. Aaron is a DemiGod.... He has trained me 3X a week for the past month, and never have I ever felt better - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally also. He's not a therapist, but a damn good listener and I'd be lying if I said that I was low maintenance. Not long after I began my sessions with Aaron, my partner signed up.... at risk of tooting my own trumpet, I think it was because he felt threatened by how good I looked.

The fact that he’s more about strength and performance has kept me committed- when I fall off the healthy buzz I know I can reset on a Monday and it all feel possible again! I highly recommend Func.

Me and my friend have been training for the last 3 months with Aaron three times a week, he has taught me so much - I thought I was quite knowledgeable in the gym but he's taught me how to do everything with proper form, which means I get so much more out of my work outs! We pack so much in, each session is definitely personalized to us so we get the most of out it and we have seen huge improvements in our strength.

I trained with Aaron for a month in between uni classes and every time I left feeling buggered! He is an awesome trainer and always catered to what my needs and goals were. He knows what he is talking about and is constantly feeding you with his knowledge and guiding you throughout the workout. He is one trainer I would highly recommend! :)

Aaron has been training me for the pat 5 months, i started by myself and am now doing it with a friend. We train 3 times a week, and each day is different but specific to what we are wanting to get out of these sessions. He has taught us both a lot, and has give us a lot more confidence within the gym. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Aaron for just over 3 months now and the changes in my physical strength and stamina have been incredible!
I first went to Aaron because of my Osteopenia and so I really wanted to build strength to prevent osteoporosis down the line...
I couldn’t even do 5 push ups on my knees when I started and I can do 5 on my feet now, deadlift 60kg, back squat 50kg and am close to reaching my goal of being able to do pull ups! He always pushes me hard and keeps me motivated.
I’ve had bad experiences with other trainers in the past which would be on their phones, muck around, be late for sessions, not correct your form or really care much about your personal goals.
Aaron isn’t like that at all. He gives you 100% of his attention and is always there to support you and make sure you are doing movements correctly.
Now that I’m getting married in March next year we have switched up my routine, working towards my new goals, and I am already seeing results with how my clothes are fitting.
Really look forward to continuing to work with him!

I've been training with Aaron for about 9 months now, three times a week and really.. everyone in my life is pretty shook that I've stuck with it. Exercise is not for me, he is well aware of that, but solidly ignores my constant complaints and somehow makes the sessions relatively enjoyable, while also being pretty awful. At the end of every session I'm convinced it's the end, goodbye world, but I'm still here and have had a few compliments on my butt now so I will continue to risk my life for dem gainz.

Aaron at Func. is an exceptionally knowledgeable person in the health and fitness space. I'm a big fan of the full body workout every week or so targeted at flexibility and functionality which sets me up to be able to maintain my own routine without stiffness and injury, which previously inhibited my progress regularly.
