If you're looking for a fitness coach in north shore, I'd highly recommend meeting Gagan Rayat. I’ve learned so much, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work. Gagan works not just on your body but also on your lifestyle. The knowledge I gained from him will benefit both me and my family for the rest of our lives. Each of his session includes warm-up and stretch. I have never liked going to gyms but I'm surprised I would be looking forward to each session as I truly felt each session left me with a “Job well done” feeling.

After taking the first few steps with Gagan, I came to realise that along with fitness majority of the chunk is to do with your habits and awareness. Gagan has helped me shape my mindset. His unique way of fitness training helped me in incorperating fitness as a lifestyle

So I have been training with Gagan since a year now and I feel this review is long due. Although I’m not the kind of guy who enjoys writing reviews but I have to make an exception for this one.
I’ve tried commiting to a fitter lifestyle by having this cliche idea of hitting the gym twice before. The first time it lasted for 2 months and the second lasted 3 weeks. And ofcourse I’ve been through the pain of paying costly subscriptions for a gym membership without being able to keep up.
I knew Gagan through common friends and was drawn towards him by his online videos about various fitness and mindset related topics. I felt he was talking common sense, not promoting short cuts and products, rather he was talking about issues that we can change in our daily habits, something which will stay with us even if we hit the gym or not.
I remember my first consultation, he spent an hour discussing my experience with fitness, what my understanding of fitness was, what I expect from him, and what he expects from me. He was able to direct me towards realising what was the real reason for me making the move towards a fitter life. Trust me it’s not some superficial reason of making muscles, it’s something deep down your conscious which you are embarrassed or struggling with. He kept digging till I finally could gather the courage to hatch open the reason, and that’s
what has kept me motivated to continue this crucial change in my lifestyle for one year straight.
Things I like about him - he keeps changing my workouts monthly, so it’s not monotonous. He comes up with fun and very clever ways to work out. He does his reasurch, he is informed about what you do and modifies his exercises to suit you best. For example I have a job which puts immense load on my back, and he makes sure he concentrates on my back and core and promotes exercises which unconciously corrects my posture.
He is always behind your back, reminding you the reason why you are doing this and motivating you and encouraging you. Trust me I get a text from him at least thrice a week, reminding me how good my progress is and how I can take it to the next level. He talks sense about your food habits, does not promotes some crash diet.
Things I don’t like - He is TOO passionate about fitness. Sometimes I can’t match his level of passion, and I hope someday I can. But maybe that’s exactly what some people need.
Can’t recommend this guy enough. He is not a fitness coach for me, he is my lifestyle coach. I’m fortunate to have met him and lucky to have him guide me to a fitter lifestyle.
