I can't believe the results I'm getting after only a couple of months - I'm stronger, fitter and leaner.
I've trained most of my life through sport and as a lifestyle and I've never had results like this before. I'm losing cms everywhere, lifting weight I never thought was possible and I crave the next workout!
Jay's training methods work and you get results. He is total professional as well; he's a great communicator, breaks things down so you understand the why, he strikes an incredible balance between challenging you to move outside your comfort zone while respecting the pace you're comfortable to move at, and adjusts the workout depending on what you need. No matter what level of fitness you're at, I would highly recommend Jay from JayFit Westmere.

What a great Personal Trainer! I have met a few trainers, but Jay' style of personal training makes him stand out of the crowd.
Jay takes a keen interest in his clients' achievement of goals. My wife Annie and I met him at different occasions and found his knowledge and expertise of high standard in the fitness industry. We experienced great training sessions also at his training centre. He trains his clients sincerely and with 100% commitment. I found him quite ethical and honest in his approach.
I would strongly recommend Jay as a Personal Trainer or for your group exercise sessions such as boot camps. He will be working as a catalyst to get you fit or in your journey from Fat to Fit.

I don’t often write reviews but believe in credit where credit is due and the program Jay has created for my training deserves feedback.
Ever since I can remember I have felt debilitated from back, neck, shoulder pains and constant headaches. I relied on fortnightly visits to the Osteo.
Since starting my program with Jay at JayFit, I feel stronger, have better posture, have more energy to run around after my two boys and have not needed to visit the Osteo in over 3months.
He tailors his programs efficiently to suit individuals; I love that all his exercises target multiple muscle groups, not just a small area in isolation, fantastic for a busy working mum whose always time poor.
Jay is extremely professional, respectful and an all round nice guy. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Jayfit pushes me out of my comfort zone … and I love it!
45mins go in a flash, weights, reps and sweat combine to give me a work out that is making me physically strong (and lean and smaller) but the unexpected benefit is how great I feel … the endorphin high is real. I leave feeling like I can leap tall buildings in a single bound (or the Wonder Woman super-power equivalent).
The program Jay designed is better and different from anything I have experienced at a gym in the past, it is not the same ol’ same ol’ … I feel safe lifting more than I have before, deadlifts rock.
The Jayfit environment is fun and relaxed whilst being focused and goal oriented. Jay is professional, organised and encouraging … working out at Jayfit is FUN.

A great place to do a workout. Even though it's not at a proper gymnasium facility, it is at a facility with all the gear that you need to become stronger and fitter. It's also a place which is safe and comfortable with an experienced trainer in Jay who gives you helpful advice and tips for what each exercise can do to make you fitter and stronger.

Love the lounge/studio set up at home. Bright and conveniently located. No excuse to miss a PT session as I can take my kids along. I like how he has personalised each workout program to help me achieve my goals. Awesome trainer!
